I've always liked 7-Eleven it's a very convenient store very easy to use and not very many people like going back and forth to the same store but I do so I'll give it to five star rating cuz 7-Eleven is an amazing company and I think they'd be an amazing partner for a podcast or any commercialized Broadcasting Company. Any experience with t mobile is a horrible experience. When I signed up 5 years ago it was due to a plan that was awesome. 1 month that lasted. Since then they've changed my account countless times and to get this clarified have been days of my personal time. Now they expect me to pay my full bill even though for over the past year I've received partial service. Horrible company fortunately with their consent I've recorded past conversations and I'm still waiting on a call back that should have happened over a month ago ~Juan

Do not come here!!! Go elsewhere, they have really bad employees that don’t know what they’re doing. Just 2 days ago this male employee charged my mother for a screen protector that they didn’t have in stock and instead of giving her a refund he called another store in highland park and told her that she can go pick it up over there. When she went to the store in highland park they had no idea about the screen protector. How do you even charge for something that you don’t have? He also charged her $15 dollars to change her area code. After being unsuccessful, he then told me that the money was lost and that it was a gamble so there was nothing that can be done. He claimed that he told me it was a gamble but how do you even say that to a customer that’s paying for a service. I asked for a refund or some type of credit and he aggressively told me that I wasn’t getting anything and to leave the store. Not only is this irresponsible but this employee was provocative, rude and uneducated. That is very bad customer service and that guy should be disciplined! ~Jose

absolutely poor service and pricing on stereos. I went my first time at this shop about a week ago to have an old double din stereo removed and replaced with a new double din with apple car play with a DVD reader. I gave them a budget of around $800 for a stereo plus labor. The next day I just wanted the stereo because I had another guy that can do it for way cheaper. Just for the stereo itself, it was going to be $600. I came the next day and pre-paid for the stereo in good faith but I checked the model number in the store after paying for the stereo (Pioneer 160bt) which retailed online for $320. I asked why there was such a price difference which I work for an insurance company and I know stereos are harder to come by and prices have gone up he stated that "Oh that's just how it is". Like I paid almost 100% MARKUP for a basic stereo. They 100% took advantage of me because I'm a young person and because I gave them a budget. So, I had an older brother call them the next day and he has been a stereo installer for many years for USAA insurance, Liberty mutual, etc. And I had him ask them why there is a 100% markup and that I needed a total refund. The guy that sold it to me stated that I needed to speak to a manager to ask them for a total refund, to which I elaborated that I didn't feel comfortable and I felt threatened. So, I haven't received my merchandise or I had to dispute the change in my bank, and eventually, I got my money back, but it was a huge waste of time. I ended up buying a Kenwood DDX5707S for $430 and had a mobile guy install it for $100. THIS SHOP IS EXTREMELY PATHETIC and would not recommend first-timers to go there. ~Eric

Hands down the ONLY place you should do business with. Jum-Pawn-It in Whittier is the ONLY pawn shop in the LA area that I have come across that is Professional, Clean, quick with their service and their employees are knowledgeable they are the experts of the business, they will give you the BEST DEAL in the LA area.. If you don’t believe me visit them yourself I live 88 miles away and I will continue to make the drive because I know they are the best in the LA area!!! Make sure to ask for Tony and Jonathan they are the Experts!!! ~Andy
