Edit: 6/26/22 1 year later and the $800+ pioneer avh4500nex radio I bought gave out for no apparent reason. I took it to this shop (where I purchased it) hoping they could fix it and there was nothing they could do. Apparently they only have a warranty for 6 months that I did not know about. I paid $1800+ For the entire installation and setup and they couldn’t do anything for me. I’m extremely disappointed. Purchase at your own risk. What a waste of money… I will 1000% not be returning here. Went to vivid tint and audio twice. 1st time was to have a new stereo system installed. And the 2nd was to have my front windshield tinted. They did a great job and were very punctual. Employees are nice and helpful. I went back to have them fix the placement of my stereo, and they did that for me at no extra cost. Great place to go. Thank you all so much.

My remote control for viper car alarm was not opening car doors went vivid to have it fixed salesman ask me to bring car next day since they were busy the next day brought car in for check it out about twenty minutes later alarm specialist told me alarm didn’t work cause unit was not working something about chips in unit where out and a new alarm would cost 300 I told him no on new alarm system and said that would be 40 dollars for checking alarm which I think was to much for that service to check wires to see if everything was connected and not working i went on utube and found the problem was the door module open close unit on passenger door wasn’t working replaced it now works fine it wasn’t the viper alarm it was the door module

absolutely poor service and pricing on stereos. I went my first time at this shop about a week ago to have an old double din stereo removed and replaced with a new double din with apple car play with a DVD reader. I gave them a budget of around $800 for a stereo plus labor. The next day I just wanted the stereo because I had another guy that can do it for way cheaper. Just for the stereo itself, it was going to be $600. I came the next day and pre-paid for the stereo in good faith but I checked the model number in the store after paying for the stereo (Pioneer 160bt) which retailed online for $320. I asked why there was such a price difference which I work for an insurance company and I know stereos are harder to come by and prices have gone up he stated that "Oh that's just how it is". Like I paid almost 100% MARKUP for a basic stereo. They 100% took advantage of me because I'm a young person and because I gave them a budget. So, I had an older brother call them the next day and he has been a stereo installer for many years for USAA insurance, Liberty mutual, etc. And I had him ask them why there is a 100% markup and that I needed a total refund. The guy that sold it to me stated that I needed to speak to a manager to ask them for a total refund, to which I elaborated that I didn't feel comfortable and I felt threatened. So, I haven't received my merchandise or I had to dispute the change in my bank, and eventually, I got my money back, but it was a huge waste of time. I ended up buying a Kenwood DDX5707S for $430 and had a mobile guy install it for $100. THIS SHOP IS EXTREMELY PATHETIC and would not recommend first-timers to go there.

Horrible experience and customer service, never coming back again. I took a stereo to get it installed and the stereo never worked, I brought my car back and they told me that my car was defective, which was supposedly not allowing the stereo to work so I took it to another shop for a second opinion and they fixed it for free!! They told me the wiring wasn't connected properly.

Not happy with this place. Took a car to get a DVD/ TV player installed in the ceiling and it was a disaster. First I dropped off the car at 9am and they didn’t start working on it til about 2pm. Then we went to see how the job was going 15 min before they closed and said they needed another hour. Then they rushed the labor with 4 guys trying to finish up quickly and after they were done the DVD/ TV was on crooked! Now one week later, one of rear A/C vents and two rear speakers stopped working.. now I’m taking the car to the dealer to see how much I got screwed with. DON’T TAKE YOU CAR HERE.

I came to Vivid Tint looking for an estimate on speaker installation after an uncomfortable experience at another stereo shop. Edgar heard me out and took care of me right away. After getting that done, I was so happy with the quickness, quality, and friendliness of this shop that I decided to get my tint done here too after some months of getting quotes at other places. Again, Edgar gave me a great deal, and he and his team treated me respectfully and were so friendly in explaining the process to me. He even took my car in the same day!!! If you're looking for tint and audio services for your car, make this shop the first on your list!!! This shop is definitely a go-to.
