I had a popped tire so I came to the closest shop near me. I came at closing time and Lynol, Agustin, and Blas immediately helped me although they were closing up. Even looked at my car and told me what else was needed, saved my other tire from popping on me! Great customer service and even gave me a discount. Really appreciate their help!

Great service at this location, most of the time the turn around is quick, but sometimes you have to wait even if you have an appointment, but Lyonel is straightforward with the wait times and takes care of you. The transparency and consistency at this shop is why I come back.

This Pep boys location located in the city of ( La Mirada / on imperial and la Mirada blvd)is what all businesses and locations should strive to be like. Came in for a new set of tires and an oil change and was assisted by Agustin which provided me with a variety of options and great information prior to making my purchase decision. All great companies have an amazing team , great customer service , industry savvy and execute with promptness. I was in and out in a timely manner and extremely satisfied with how I was treated and helped. I’ve been to a few other Pep boys locations but at this one you are treated with professionalism and a helping hand which is why I keep coming back and doing business here. For vehicle maintenance, Pep Boys Service Center on La Mirada Blvd., is the place to go! I was there for an oil change, (which includes a free tire rotation), and I was in and out within an hour! Lyonel, the service manager, really takes care of his customers and their vehicles. If you're vehicle qualifies for a service discount, he'll apply that to your total amount. I highly recommend this Pep Boys location for all your car's needs! 😊

Amazing and honest work!! Out of all pep boys I go the extra miles to come here just for the honesty and the actual effort they put into cars and helping customers know their cars better if they have any questions, all workers are friendly and happy with what they do, all in all I take all my cars here for any work they need. I highly recommend this location for anybody that has trust issues and misinformation for car shops cause they will set you straight and back on the road with the best deals and recommendations 👍

This pep boys is like family! Lionel is in charge up front. He takes his time making sure everything is correct on in voices and makes sure our minds are at ease when we leave the keys for whatever we are fixing on our cars. My husband and I just recently made a visit with our 3rd car to get some work done when a mother and toddler were in store. We all know how toddlers can be lol. He wanted to touch everything and be a kid. Lionel was very patient and smiled as the youngster did his thing. It’s nice to walk into an atmosphere where customers are always #1. Oh and our car was fixed! Thanks again pep boys team! You all rock!

I’ve been coming to this Pepboys for a long time now. And I have to say it’s the best. You get the best service here. From tires, oil changes to full on taking care of your car when it breaks down.
