This Pep boys location located in the city of ( La Mirada / on imperial and la Mirada blvd)is what all businesses and locations should strive to be like. Came in for a new set of tires and an oil change and was assisted by Agustin which provided me with a variety of options and great information prior to making my purchase decision. All great companies have an amazing team , great customer service , industry savvy and execute with promptness. I was in and out in a timely manner and extremely satisfied with how I was treated and helped. I’ve been to a few other Pep boys locations but at this one you are treated with professionalism and a helping hand which is why I keep coming back and doing business here.
