5 Best cell phone store in Hollywood, Florida (FL) 2024

So I walked in and right away was taken care of. They have such a friendly and knowledgeable team. In minutes I had a new iPhone and a great plan for my phone. I’ll for sure be back for future business. Great job guys! ~Tony

Nice, informative, and attentive staff. Helped me with all the necessary requirements to update my phone. Even found the color I wanted in another store and had them hold it for me. Ensuring I was happy with my buy and assisted with the accessories I needed as well. ~iPlan

I hate this store. Had 5 minutes before closing, woman at the front just sat there and refused to get up and open the door and proceeded to ignore me and refused to answer the phone. I only wanted to buy two things and that was it. I've always hated service from this store. And I hate going here for any reason. 5 minutes!? And you can't even sell me a phone? 5 minutes!? ~Shona

So today i decided to surprise my mom with a new phone. I went To this location and got the best customer service from Michael. He went above and beyond for me. I had to leave to get my mom old phone at her job and i could of went to the nearest metro pcs store by her job but i wanted to go back to this location because i was not sure if i would get the same outstanding customer service Michael was giving me. So i went back and he did it all for me. Transfer her contacts offered me a discount. He was respectful nice and he put 100% effort on helping me. Thank you so much for everything. ~K-Ann
