This corporate office never disappoints. I come here anytime I have to add a line or upgrade a phone. The staff is usually on point, and there a manager onsite for the most part.

I received great costumer cervice . Was able to switch my LG to Samsung galaxy a12.when in another store I was informed I won't be possible because that 4g phone and metro dose not service 4 g phones any more.There was no issue with it .I was also informed that I could get free tablet for a monthly fee with im considering getting. So I walked in and right away was taken care of. They have such a friendly and knowledgeable team. In minutes I had a new iPhone and a great plan for my phone. I’ll for sure be back for future business. Great job guys!

Went in there to ask for directions because I dropped my phone in the ocean and lost it, dude was attentive when asking how he could help me and then became soooo completely rude and started to ignore me, wouldn’t even make eye contact with me once I told him I was looking for ATT. Like I’m sorry you won’t get commission off me but as stated I’m not from the state and was just asking for help the least you could’ve done was used some human decency to help out without ignoring and being completely rude. I did end up using the iPad once I asked him twice to pull up where att was, a customer was trying to give me directions by giving me street names but I’m not from there so I needed to visually see a map so I could find it, I did end up finding it but I was just astonished by how rude some people can be. The fact that a customer who had a broken phone (he couldn’t show me the map) had to help me because 2 employees were just sitting there silent is what got me.

In December 20,021 MetroPCS allowed unauthorized access to my telephone number resulting in financial losses in excess of $13,000. After numerous phone calls and now six trips to MetroPCS‘s corporate headquarters I am no better off than before I started attempting to get relief. The customer service department for MetroPCS has been doing nothing but run me around in circles for what is now six months. I feel as if all they are doing on my behalf is lying to me and stalling my requests. These phone companies have an obligation to protect the security of your telephone number however they do not seem to think so. The amount of money that has not been recovered is not enough for attorneys to take over my efforts. I know this has happened to countless others and one friend of mine was compensated by MetroPCS for his losses. I am at my witch and and do not know how to proceed . I would strongly recommend that you avoid doing business with this company in the future as they seem to care less for their clients but would rather continue to stall and lie directly to my face

This store did a horrible thing to my 80 year old sick grandmother she came in by her self cause she thought her phone wasn't working these people at this store sold her a $500 iPhone $40 case and a $20 Apple adapter she spend over $600 and all they need to do to fix her old phone was to take it off silent mode my grandmother suffers from anxiety and she forgets a lot and they got her all nervous and she give them $600 for something she didn't need and they changed her number that she had for years when she told me what happen I went back with the receipt and told them she is old and she forgets things and her old was not broke she just had it on silent mode, they refuse to take it back cause it was a upgrade and all sales are Final how could you sell a 80 woman a brand new iPhone 11 when she can't even figure out her old phone was on silent mode how is she gonna know how to use a brand new iPhone 11 ? They saw her coming A mile away and took advantage of her I even call up customer service and they also said that was wrong and they file a complaint on this store for denying my grandmother a refund and told me to go to the corporate store and they will help me very bad store I would say stay far away

Was taking care of with a smile to make a insurance claim when I had questions on the application online. Considering they were not very busy at the time I came in which made it pleasant experience even when it's a frustrating thing to do when having a broken phone. Johanna was very helpful.

Sasha was amazing very knowledgeable, patient and a true professional. She resolved both my friends and and my problems with our phones. The manager is a bit rude and abrupt but overall a great store! This store is the only one I would come to as others I have visited in Miami when one of my friends needed service they are rude and not eager to help you.

I was acknowledged about 7mns after I entered. Granted the entire staff was attending to customers but a simple " hello, we'll be right with you" or "hello" would have been appreciated. The service was however great once I was acknowledged and attended too. The staff was knowledgeable, but mostly patient to answer all my inquiries/concerns. Came in for an inquiry and left with a product and am satisfied with the outcome.
