Came in to find out about the broken home internet to be told I had to go to a corporate store by a manager when I bought the home internet from that store and was close to closing so basically was turned away because they didn't want to help me

This store took advantage of senior citizen. Walked in with iphone 11 she owned outright and they upgraded her to iphone 13 with new service. However she was not able to get service in her building.and she cares for bed ridden son at home so service is important. Returned to store within the 14 day return period at which time they took back the iphone 13 would not give her a replacement iphone for the original 11 and told her she would get only $100 credit which she never received. Family has called and no one has heard from manager and store refuses to give out information to report to district manager. STAY AWAY!!!!! .

Atrocious customer service, David seemed to be annoyed that someone even came through the door, went to the TMobile at Hamilton Marketplace, friendlier and more helpful staff there was tons better

God bless these souls, they went beyond, and I mean BEYOND for my grandparents. The store associates helped my grandpa with his unrelated third party app issue. They resolved the issue with me and a bit of translation, but thank you so much for helping him despite the language barrier.

I went in this store yesterday to buy a phone with a plan. At first a saler tell me a plan is $65 ($60 with auto pay) and a phone is $45 so $105 per month for 2 years contract but after I paid $30 for activated my new phone number that she never tell me i have to pay for it, and I checked on website, it said no charge to open the new number. A peak point is when she checked my credit for an iphone that I expected to buy and she told me I have to pay $900 down payment to get that phone! (that phone cost $1400) because I don't have credit. I was shocked. I felt bad. I don't even want the number now. I want that $30 back. But she said I already signed agreement to pay that. Then I left the store, so disappointed. Back home felt sad, I want to cancel my account so I called and texted the customer service and they said they don't even know what's $30 for and they can cancel my account and If I want to refund that $30 I have to go back to that store to do it.

I went to this t-mobile because the apple store said there was a block on my phone... the person working told me it was because I didn't own my phone and therefore couldn't trade it in for a new one because I had gotten it with the jump promotion... I was baffled when she told me this because I had completely paid off my phone and to my knowledge I owned it. Due to this I purchased a new phone from the apple store and I was not able to trade it in (completely missed out on putting about $200 towards my new phone) and after I purchased my new phone I went to the t-mobile in Hamilton marketplace to "return my old phone since I did not own it", it turns out everything the person working here told me was false. My phone was completely paid off and I owned it. it was such a stressful and unnecessary experience. This location needs to make sure their employees are not telling their costumer blatant misinformation.

Went to this store to purchase new i phone. I understand each customer takes time, and was prepared to wait. However, after 30 minutes and absolutely no acknowledgement, not a hello, a nod, or even a glance, I left. Horrible customer service. A “we’ll be with you as soon as possible” or a smile would have gone a long way. (“ we don’t care, we don’t have to, we’re the phone company!”) Horrible experience.

T-Mobile customer service is the worst. The blatantly lie to your face and constantly force-end the chat causing you to have to explain your issue from scratch with the next person. I would not recommend the carrier to anyone who wants to avoid headache.

Be careful on latest promo advertised on TV about paying off your current phone. Went through entire switch from Verizon only to find out the Samsung Galaxy A51 was just removed from eligible list. Monthly savings still made switch worth it, but BEWARE! Manager and staff at this location were good people.

Had a great experience at this location. Store manager Jerome was patient and helpful in explaining plans and how the switch from Verizon would be managed. Dana, customer service rep, was super patient in helping set up my new phone and ensuring all my data and apps transitioned over. Pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to be helpful even when it took extra time. I'm happy with the move to TMobile and was impressed with the customer service of Jerome and Dana.
