Fast service, very nice staff (Heather, Kudos). Menu is designed well, you can see thought went into the dishes and how a well designed menu helps get the food out. I had the Tequila chicken, my partner the bean tacos. They were fresh and well made, we do prefer spicier food, so if you don’t these will be perfect. The bean taco consistency was a little different than usual, but no complaints. The vegetable sides were excellent, but the star of the sides were the French fries. The steak fries are more like perfectly seasoned potato wedges. The bottle/can beer selection is vast. My only complaint is that the beer I had on tap the Tonewood EMD was not fresh and tasted rather off. ~Jay

I didn't really find what I wanted while shopping here, but then I WAS looking for sandals in the middle of winter! (For an upcoming vacation) They did have a fairly good selection of sandals for winter, I just couldn't find a particular style/size in the brand I was looking for. FYI Famous Footwear offers 10% discount for military members, active and retired. If you are military, remember to ask for it! ~Kellie

Just left Sound Auto after having an automatic car starter installed. I can't say enough about the high quality service and professionalism I received from Steve and his staff. Job was quick, my truck was left clean, they made sure I knew how to use it and everyone was so helpful. If you need a starter or a stereo or any of their services I would highly recommend them. Sohail at Volkswagen of Hamilton made my car buying process flawless. He went above and beyond for me throughout the transaction. He was truly so nice and friendly. He took the time to show me all of the features within my new vehicle and even helped me schedule my first oil change. I cant recommend Sohail at Volkswagen of Hamilton enough! I went in this store yesterday to buy a phone with a plan. At first a saler tell me a plan is $65 ($60 with auto pay) and a phone is $45 so $105 per month for 2 years contract but after I paid $30 for activated my new phone number that she never tell me i have to pay for it, and I checked on website, it said no charge to open the new number. A peak point is when she checked my credit for an iphone that I expected to buy and she told me I have to pay $900 down payment to get that phone! (that phone cost $1400) because I don't have credit. I was shocked. I felt bad. I don't even want the number now. I want that $30 back. But she said I already signed agreement to pay that. Then I left the store, so disappointed. Back home felt sad, I want to cancel my account so I called and texted the customer service and they said they don't even know what's $30 for and they can cancel my account and If I want to refund that $30 I have to go back to that store to do it. ~Beau
