I was involved in an accident that totaled my car. I tried those buy online get it delivered but the extra fees were ridiculous. Even tried other dealerships and got jerked around and they seemed uninterested in my situation. Then I came across Hamilton VW and Rick V. He listened carefully to my needs, answered my questions and helped me get the car I needed at the price I could afford and even had someone pick me up to get to the dealership. This was a great buying experience my 2014 Passat is fantastic. I highly recommend Hamilton VW for your automotive needs.

Avoid the service department. They'll overcharge you for everything. My daughter's car needed a new alternator and belt and they wanted $1750. Took it to a local shop instead and had the alternator, belt, tensioner, and battery replaced for $500 less than what VW wanted. They also charged me over $100 for a diagnostic I never approved. Also a few years ago when the same car needed new rims they told mw that VW uses "soft metal" in their cars. Gimmie a break.

Bought a used Honda here back in Oct for a very fair price, given this awful market. I was a bit apprehensive buying in NJ when I live in MD, but Pete promised they would stand behind the vehicle if there were any issues with it passing MD inspection and they did, not only covering the cost of the inspection but also the cost of the minor lug nut repair to pass. They stood by their word plus some and I'm very happy with my purchase!

Last night I had the great pleasure of picking up my new Jetta. My salesman, Rick and the manager of business, Jim Ferry, made the transaction seamless. The dealership was calming and there were no high pressure sales tactics. Jim had all of the paperwork at the ready and was a pleasure to deal with.Rick had my new car parked in front of the dealership and it was immaculate. I have never left this place unhappy after my car being serviced. The service manager Mike is a trust worthy guy that truly cares about vw customers. If you ever have any concerns with your car he is always an open ear and looks at things from your perspective. He always communicates with you and keeps you in the loop so there’s no surprises with your car. They also have highly skilled technicians that take pride in their work so you never have to worry about shortcuts being taken. I am super particular with where I take my car and never worry when the car is in their hands. I would highly recommend taking your car to get serviced here.
