I hate this store. Had 5 minutes before closing, woman at the front just sat there and refused to get up and open the door and proceeded to ignore me and refused to answer the phone. I only wanted to buy two things and that was it. I've always hated service from this store. And I hate going here for any reason. 5 minutes!? And you can't even sell me a phone? 5 minutes!?

Listen people... i had the best customer service of all time at this location yesterday.... luis and gino are absolutely amazing... i didnt even went there to buy anything and end up leaving with couple phones... i know they are not permanent workers at this locations but i would be looking for these guys whatever location they work at if i need help with anything when it comes to metro..... thanks a milliom guys for d best experience in metro ive ever had...

3 weeks ago I came here to buy a phone. I regret stepping foot at this metro pcs with all my heart because of commissions I was literally tricked into buy extra unnecessary things for a phone. I just wanted a phone but apparently when it comes to commissions they lie to you and tell you that you get certain things for free. Come to find out I've been ripped off by an employee named Q (It said the letter Q on her name tag). Don't ever go they will rob you out of your hard earned MONEY!!!!!!!

I had gone to this location 2 weeks ago and had the opportunity to meet Sarai. I bought a phone for my boyfriends daughter, who no longer needed the phone lets just say.From the beginning she was such a great associate who knew what she was talking about and made me understand what I needed and how the phone I had purchased worked. Well 2 nights in a row I had come by to return the phone and or just cancel the line. The first night metro pcs systems were down so she explained to me, can you please come back tomorrow, sorry for the inconvenience. I said sure and I did. This time Sarai was busy with another customer. At that time I had the pleasure to work with Mona another associate who was well knowledgeable of my situation and what she was doing for me. My situation was so complex and complicated that I couldn't have asked for better associates they were simply exceptional thank you ladies so much you were both wonderful keep up the great work.
