Nice, informative, and attentive staff. Helped me with all the necessary requirements to update my phone. Even found the color I wanted in another store and had them hold it for me. Ensuring I was happy with my buy and assisted with the accessories I needed as well.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! The agent was rude. He was supposedly an expert and told us the only way you can migrate from Sprint to T Mobile is on the phone. He is so wrong. The sad fact is, the only way you can migrate is in the store. He was not even aware of the available discounted plans. Such a waste of time. Go elsewhere!!

They fooled me saying that they were going to cancel my sprint account with no charge and get me a new T-Mobile account . The sprint account was not cancelled and 2 months later I got a collection letter saying I owed $290-. I went back to the store and the manager refused to help me so I had to pay the bill .

We went in around 6pm and Jonathan helped us. He was very honest and said he wasn’t real familiar with the Sprint system and he felt Kevin would be a better person to help us!!! I loved the honesty from the jump which made my shopping experience so pleasing. So Kevin well where to begin at how amazing 🤩 he was and I am a pain in the butt with 3 very excited teenagers with me. Yes Christmas upgrades. I mean I can’t even praise him enough. He laughed with my girls and was super helpful and once again HONEST. It was past closing and they stayed and finished everything for us. When I say I will be back to this location to upgrade my phone probably tomorrow. This team from reading the reviews of the owner I can see his whole team is super professional and knowledgeable. Good job gentlemen!!

This store is the only place I go to when I need something for my phone or want something for my phone. the customer service here is always top notch and the employees are always very honest and give you all of your options pertaining to what you are asking about. I really love going here, like I won’t go anywhere to buy anything and they always have great warranties too. All star crew!

This is the worst T-mobile store I've ever entered. Only one rep serving and they don't resolve whatever problems you have with t-mobile. Even returns they don't accept. What a shame T-mobile standards are getting worse and worse.

Big scam here. Trashy customer service. Thry sold me a car charger that doesn't work. They don't return anything you bought and I'm calling t-mobile to investigate.

I cant say enough about the customer service that I have received over my last two visits to this store. The kindness and professionalism that I received from Richard (the store manager) and Evence another store associate, was above and beyond my expectations. They were extremely courteous and went above and beyond to consider my time spent in the store. I would highly recommend this store, and will continue to go to this store for all of my needs.
