nice place, giant, where you find everything for your hobby, planes, cars, boats, articles for modeling, rockets and it even has flight simulators so that they can practice and have fun, at the back of the place there is an impressive motor racing track, I honestly loved it the place, I hope to reactivate again in the hobby since I have little time in this country but sooner rather than later I will ~Johan

This store has drastically gone down hill and fast! It used to be clean, easy to find things, welcoming, and have a friendly staff. Today.. they staff could have cared less if we were in the store, and cared even less than that about what the store looked like. What a disaster. Clearly the company doesn't care what their store looks like, and they probably aren't taking care of their people enough for them to care either. Wow, won't visit again. ~Ashley

This company was recommended to me by a friend at work. What a wonderful find! Online toy store specializing in American made toys and shipping worldwide. I picked up the Tobbles Neo stacking toy for a 1 year old. So colorful. This is my place for toys in the future. ~Eileen

Terrible customer service. They followed me like I was trying to steal and then the Hispanic lady that was in charge of the night shift treated me like trash. Never coming back here! ~Esme

You may want to check prices on the counter before paying, because they put on the shelves one price and at the counter they charge more of the price of the product,I asked one the manager why? she said because the store is one owner not a frenzied and he can charge wherever he wants I try to return the product and she say I can't I have to wait to the next day to do it... Parking lot was under construction in certain areas. Store was well maintained and clean. Would give it a higher rating if store greeters / AP door associate would say hello to you when making eye contact ~BigCheeseBoss

This store is a joke. They're never open, ever. Regardless of the hours they state they're open. Yesterday (wednesday) they were supposed to be open 11am-9pm. Came around 2pm and there was a sign saying they dont open till 4pm. Came here today (thursday) and there's a sign saying they're closed until Monday. Yet the hours on their business sign says they're closed Mondays?! Don't waste your time coming here. They're never open. May as well close this store permanently. ~Danielle

Customer service has always been friendly at this location no matter how busy they are! They started selling ice recently! However, they do seem to run out pretty quick! I always love this location compared to my local Dollar General. ~Carlos
