This store has drastically gone down hill and fast! It used to be clean, easy to find things, welcoming, and have a friendly staff. Today.. they staff could have cared less if we were in the store, and cared even less than that about what the store looked like. What a disaster. Clearly the company doesn't care what their store looks like, and they probably aren't taking care of their people enough for them to care either. Wow, won't visit again.

The selection is amazing especially for movie lovers like me. They offer a lot of discounted prices on DVDs from different film genres and ask for better prices on things versus if you were to buy the same product at a similar store. The staff were really nice. I accidentally bought the wrong thing and they were able to help me get it refunded. Recommend going here!
