The Dollar Tree nearest me, near 144th & Maple, is often closed at irregular hours. The Google search for business hours show hours open to 9 pm but they do not get my business because the are rarely open. What a shame, since this was a very busy store. In the 10 minutes that I have been sitting writing this review, no fewer than 18 cars have pulled up in the parking lot, tried the door, read the handwritten sign with hours on it and left. [ :-(>

So much for opening at 9 am on Sunday. Place is locked. Front windows are FILTHY. Place looks nasty.

This is the worst dollar tree ever!! Bad customer service! Close to early, their closing time is 9pm. They closed at 4:30 today. I'll never ever use this store again. Very rude management!!

This store is a joke. They're never open, ever. Regardless of the hours they state they're open. Yesterday (wednesday) they were supposed to be open 11am-9pm. Came around 2pm and there was a sign saying they dont open till 4pm. Came here today (thursday) and there's a sign saying they're closed until Monday. Yet the hours on their business sign says they're closed Mondays?! Don't waste your time coming here. They're never open. May as well close this store permanently.

Not sure how to rate a place I can't even go into. Tried to go today, but as we unloaded our kids and walked to the store at 5pm we were directed to go back to our car because they decided to close, even though there hours state open until 9pm. They need to update there hours and have consistent hours, it's ridiculous. Go do your drug deals somewhere else instead of inside a dollar tree.

Nice store. But, I can’t tell you how many times I drove to the store just for there to be a sign stating why they are randomly closed. Reasons such as technical issues and short staffed. And this sucks because they are the local dollar tree

How can anybody rate this place when they are never open. I have been there 3 times in the past few weeks and are always closed when their web site say they are open. So frustrating. This store is a joke. Was just there today, Sat. and of course closed again and it was 3pm. Done with this store. Plus the fact, they need to update hrs on website. For instance it says store is open today, Sun. and of course it is not.

So, I just visited my closest Dollar Tree and dealt with the the associate Terri, who’s been “serving” Dollar Tree since 2017. I house homeless women and children in Omaha, and I purchase large amounts of items to help them get their homes started. I bought $180.04 worth of items, and still will purchase more, but not at this store. Terri couldn’t greet me at all and seemed peeved that I had so many items. When I asked she not put my purchased items into cleaning buckets I had bought due to me needing to separate the items for clients, she grunted at me. Her manager watched Terri bag all of the items and didn’t once come over to help, but instead laid her body over checkout #3. NO one said thank you, and NO one helped me even open the door when I had two full carts to get out the front door. I shop at Dollar Trees all over the city; North Omaha, Bellevue, off Dodge Street, etc, and this one is the most rude stores I’ve visited. One would think if you had a customer who bought these many items or just a few items, you would want to have some manner of customer service. Guess not. Perhaps some additional training on how to treat your guests is in order.

They are only open from 9am-6pm Tuesday through Saturday at location which the same as my own hours for work. I agree with another person's review that you literally cannot give them a better rating if you cannot go their store.
