I love shopping at Michaels as there is always new decorations available such as signs to a flower decoration. If you’re into home decoration or would like to renew a space, Michaels is a great place to start.

Came in to the store to make a return and the employee said “you had to wait until the last minute”. As if we purposely chose to make this return that evening. Sometimes jobs require us to make returns or purchases. This is a store and seems odd to make customers feel bad for this.

Very small and not much of selection......... I feel like the prices are high and makes me go to Hobby Lobby for items I need....... I honestly don't know why they stay open ad it's such a small collection of items that you can be in and out within 5 minutes. Kinda sad on their part. Wishing th3y had more to offer..........

I did a whole vlog on coming here and it was awesome! They have simply everything you want for craft and sutch! They don't have fabric or big yards of faux fur. They do have some thought. I got beads from here bc ofc i am a Kandi kid lol. And I got fake grapes for practicing still life.

My go to place for my craft supplies. They seem to have a decent selection of items for my needs. It's just impossible to find anyone on the floor to ask a question. I never see anyone so have to go to the front and ask for a person for assistance. The the store is kep clean and organized so it's not stressful to shop. Prices are visible most of the time. Their points program is not great because it takes alot to just get $5. But it's good to have when I'm purchasing so much mostnof the time. I also had over $200 worth of purchases that was not accounted for, for some reason and nothing can be done about that on their end. Just my loss it seems.

I used to hate going to Michaels as the aisles were so tight and there was just so much clutter and stuff everywhere. The first thought was always “disorganized mess.” Last year, Michales redesigned this location and maybe more locations as well to make it feel like a themed and curated experience. Gone is the clutter of old and in its place is inspiration. Wide curated aisles that feel safe during this pandemic have replaced narrow, cluttered spaces. They use a great variety of small shelves and large shelf’s to make the space seem more open. And tall walls with themes that stand out and that you can see throughout the store. I LOVE what they have done in redesigning the spaces. Keep up the fantastic work - Michaels!!! This is now my favorite place to go.
