Clean, and we'll organized, quiet, was asked if I needed assistance. I ended up assisting another customer who was just getting into drawing, etc. 🙃 I sold yall some stuff 😉. I do wish you had more children's learning to draw books. though I did find a dinosaur sketch book where you kinda have the image started on a background. Then they just add the details or features 👍.

This location at Universal City is so clean. The front manager was very helpful. Saturday was packed. I left and came back on Monday, that day was much better. Be ready to go through boxes of unpacking supplies in the back. I don't understand why the back storage is not used for that and customers have more room for shopping. I was very surprised that different staff to different areas knew where items were found. That was great!

Went to this hobby lobby to scout out some decor for my upcoming wedding! Everything was clean and organized and exceptionally priced. When i went to check out the lady (i cant recall her name) was so nice and informed me that some of the items I bought would be on sale the following week and to come back and get cash back. That's impeccable service in my book.

Went in to buy shrinky dinks. Didn't find them but came out with a tie-dye kit, a shirt, and a small display stand. The staff are helpful but sometimes hard to find. We were waiting in line and they opened another register to sped things up. Enjoyed our visit.

Always a pleasant experience along with great sales. Staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I can ask anyone in the store a question about where to find something or how to create something and I always get an answer. Favorite spot for my art or DIY supplies.

Location is huge! We'd love a store near City Base. Anything you might be intrested in trying out, any hobby at all, you will find it here. Plenty of selection with beautiful displays. Store was well stocked, exceptionally clean and easily accessible. Staff was available to help and answers questions. Great materials for activities of make & sell for a starter business/entrepreneur. Well pleased with visit and plenty of items on sale! Thank you!

Well organized and not lacking in anything. I was looking for pieces for a diorama. The section was a little small and spread out over two sections of the store but it had a few things that I needed at reasonable prices. I may have to shop around at several stores for everything I need but still a nice store.

I always enjoy shopping at this store I just wish employees were a more customer service friendly verse just walking passed. A simple are you ok or do you need help. I was looking for wreath burlap ribbon and another customer actually answered me verse employee which said I don't know yet she works in the material section.
