Always friendly and clean. Currently renovating far half of dining room. Looking great! They're still open for dine in. They get rush hours and it can be hard to get out of some parking spots during those times. Great employees at this location!

I personally don't like the place much but my family wanted it so there I was. The drive thru line was ridiculous but went fast, considering. They said everything was warm and good. If they're happy, I'm probably happy enough.

It was a long line at the drive thru. My food was nice & hot. No complaints beside i did not like the fact that my order was already waiting and that the employee seem to be rushing my food and without any courtesy like thank you or do you need anything else etc.

Absolutely worst Chick fil A ever. Order 7 meals, 73$ later have only 2 meals that were complete. Already went back in for the missing salad. Got home and missing soooo much food. Everyone had one or two items missing from their meals. Called store 30 times and just rang busy. When husband drove back to store he gave the phone to Zachery, who said he was a manager. When I told him about how the phone is just ringing busy he said they have no issues and actually phone hasn't rang in about an hour. Well Zachery dear, a reasonable conclusion would be then you are having phone issues, like I said, I dialed your place 30 times and then just sent husband back to the store. Upon talking to Zachery I requested the entire order to be redone. Some had fries but no entree. Some didn't have any of their food. Some had entree but no fries. Some had no drink. We literally had pieces to our meals. He said he could not replace the entire order. I explained that I didn't eat my fries because I didn't have my drink or entree. And that some didn't eat their entree because they didn't have fries or drink. Like how would you not replace the order. He put me on hold and came back and said "Unfortunately, our policy says we can only replace the items you are missing". Wow! He did have one thing right, it's definitely unfortunate for us, huh, seemed to be his goal, for the experience and service to be absolutely unfortunate and unforgettable for us. He asked me what items I was missing but didn't write it down because then my husband called back like 20 minutes later and said he forgot what I told him and needed to know what I was missing again. Wow. Over 1.5 hours later my husband comes home with the odds and ends to what was suppose to be complete meals. We didn't eat it. Absolutely waste. When I told Zachery I was one million percentage dissatisfied with his customer service and resolution to their mess up and that I plan on speaking with owner about this he said, "Well ma'am that's your prorogative". Wow! He is so nasty and uncaring. I have never been treated this way at other locations. Avoid this location. Your hard earned money deserves respect and your entire meals your paid for complete and right the first time. And while my husband was there he said several customers came back in from drive thru with some type of issue. Zachery may not be right for this job. I will be calling and requesting a full refund now. I was just asking for replacement food but now I will be requiring my money back. Shame on Zachery.

What a joke!! Try to treat your kids lunch during summer break on a day you work from home...get herded through drive thru like cattle& can't double check food...get home to find your the one who only gets have fries & a soda because your order was shorted a the sandwich on your #1 combo with no pickles 😖 so you call the number to let them know and the acting manager Eric says you have until July 5th to claim your missing item ( which someone else was lucky to receive because there are no matching items laying around thr kitchen) Wow!! Most fast food chains would be so apologetic that they would replace the combo...Not Chick-fil-A... Thank for reminding why I don't like the forum location Eric!!!

Service when we arrived to order was good. But upon leaving needing refills and it took about 3-4 mins for someone to help us. And the sweet tea didn't have a lot of flavor.

Can't eat fried foods? Stop here for a hearty chicken soup and a tasty kale salad! The "To-Go" line is organized and truly efficient. Takes only minutes to pick up food, even when you see a car line around the building.

Usually Chick-fil-A is my favorite place to go, last time I came they forgot all of my sauces and this time I come and I paid for a large drink and large fry, the dude at the window argued with my husband and said the person who took the order messed it up, not him. Didn’t even offer to fix it. But it’s cool I guess I just sadly won’t be going back to that location. It’s really gone down hill. Oh and they forgot my straw lmao

Usually this Chick-fil-A is on par and doing amazing , but the last 2 times i was literally the first customer of the day and my fries were cold. This Chick-fil-A need improvement but overall is usually a good one

As always, the food was great! This was however the slowest Chick-fil-A we have ever been to. We had to wait 30 minutes for coffee...the staff were very friendly, but it just took way, way too long. It seemed like they forgot we were there. 😬🙃
