I drive extra just to come here instead of other stores! The employees here take great care of the store and products they carry, and are all very helpful! Amanda in the garden department is awesome! ~Space

Shopped for a replacement grill. Henry was outstanding! Very courteous and helpful. Went in back to find our first choice but wasn't to be found in stock. Went to find our second choice but came out with our first choice because he found it hidden behind other boxes. Very friendly and exceeded our expectations. Everyone we encountered at Lowe's was asking if they could help us. Normally, I shop at Home Depot, but never get this kind of attention from their staff. Will change from Home Depot to Lowe's from now on. ~George

It all started with a bad experience with the location on 72nd Ames’s customer service .i Waited almost 30 minutes to get some help in the grill and smoker area and no one came to help at all. I waited so long to a point where I had no choice but to walk out and head to a different store . All bad feelings and madness changed when I made my way to the location on 144th and W maple . First time grill guy I am, I was able to find a Down to earth and outgoing, helpful associate name Kerri Lewis. God she was amazing... She helped me right away and listened to my needs . Kerri made sure I picked up everything I needed for an exceptional grilling experience. She told me “go on and shop for whatever you need and I will find you when they bring me the grill”. I mean how great is that right? She then found me and directed me the the self checkout line when her associate brought the grill . She was more than happy to assist me when I needed the help. She even walked outside with me to show me other options , crazy part about it is that she helped me pick out the baddest, the hottest, the nicest, the best grill out there . Kerri is the definition of customer care because she treated me the same way as she would want to be treated . Thank you Kerri, I can’t wait to get that smoker going . Now this store will be my number one store to go to . Yes! I loved the service . ~MAk

Lovelace wish I had one close to my house again. After looking at microwaves at Nebraska furniture Mart and even if it was on their dog a 3-day wait, I found the exact same one I wanted at Lowe's and saved $75 ~Stephanie

I ordered online and picked up my groceries. No substitutes were needed this time. The pick-up experience was okay. As usual, I had to repackage my groceries because, apparently, the people that actually pick the items ALWAYS put each item in a separate bag! But WHY?? Each individual item should NOT be in a bag by itself. Then, they rarely DOUBLE BAG heavy items, but they'll put a large jar of Miracle Whip, pickle relish, and two boxes of Jiffy Mix in one of those little flimsy bags! Do the employees have to pay for the bags themselves?? Does common sense not come into play with any of them? And what is the purpose of the surveys(or whatever they're called) that come in your email after pick-up? It's obvious that NOBODY ever reads them because nothing ever changes. I'm 100% sure I'm not the only person who feels this way. Just my honest opinion. ~Mz.

Never been to this location. I wish we'd had more time to look around, it was HUGE, best selection yet, the staff were NICE (rare), and the the produce section was amazing!! We're going to make a point to go back to this one again!! ~Jenni

Sorry to say but it's such a ho hum place. Almost like a morgue. No one talks, no one smiles, no laughter. Two out of 3 Cashiers are unprofessional & rude. I usually drive the extra couple miles to Ace on 57th Center. Maybe the store needs to train staff in Customer Service Skills. I'm not kidding. ~Sher
