I’ve made several large purchases (new refrigerator & dishwasher as well as window coverings & installation of them) and many minor purchases (shower heads, toilet seats, etc.) from this Home Depot and have always had great service from the employees. They’ve all gone above & beyond in customer service from calling to ensure the window coverings were installed and that I was happy with the options they’d helped select, to absolute kindness in curbside pickup! Definitely will continue to shop there and work with the great employees.

This home depot customer service is the worst. I had a bulk order, me and my contractor went there twice to tell them that the order name of the floor did not match. They open up the website and lecture me about how the brand name in flooring works. So, we trust them and bring the floor home. Surprise surprise they had given us floor with different color. I called them to say that the order was wrong and customer service do not want to help. Why should i pay for transporting the order back if you mess up the order even I pointed out the mistake before taking the boxes. Customer service rep tells me its a simple mistake but for me its a mistake that cost me time and money. Horrible and will advise any one reading this comment to not trust them at all.

Home Depot beat another competitors price with no questions asked. The staff was very helpful during this visit. Hopefully the customer service stays consistent. This visit to the Home Depot was a positive one compared to previous visits.

Great Home Depot to go into and shop. Do NOT order online for curbside or pick up here. Curbside never works, you end up having to go inside. I’ve waited multiple times for 20+ minutes and end up going inside to have them search for my order there, which takes a while too.

If I can get a negative 10 here I would hit that button, you order product and wait for months to get it and its either damaged or wrong. And they just laugh it off. There are a few good people at the store but the. But the bad people and horrible service here makes you just want to shop else where, anywhere but at homedepot. The more you talk with other contractors or customers they refuse to purchase from here. I went back to the prodesk, to talk to someone about my order, and they asked how are you doing today, I said horrible. And the cashier turned around and said why don't you just drop dead! I tried to ignore her but she kept on running her mouth, so I turned around to leave and she said why don't you just kill yourself, and laughed about it I spent around 40 thousand dollars in 5 months at the l street store, I will never step foot in that store or any homedepot again.

It all started with a bad experience with the location on 72nd Ames’s customer service .i Waited almost 30 minutes to get some help in the grill and smoker area and no one came to help at all. I waited so long to a point where I had no choice but to walk out and head to a different store . All bad feelings and madness changed when I made my way to the location on 144th and W maple . First time grill guy I am, I was able to find a Down to earth and outgoing, helpful associate name Kerri Lewis. God she was amazing... She helped me right away and listened to my needs . Kerri made sure I picked up everything I needed for an exceptional grilling experience. She told me “go on and shop for whatever you need and I will find you when they bring me the grill”. I mean how great is that right? She then found me and directed me the the self checkout line when her associate brought the grill . She was more than happy to assist me when I needed the help. She even walked outside with me to show me other options , crazy part about it is that she helped me pick out the baddest, the hottest, the nicest, the best grill out there . Kerri is the definition of customer care because she treated me the same way as she would want to be treated . Thank you Kerri, I can’t wait to get that smoker going . Now this store will be my number one store to go to . Yes! I loved the service .

We came to this store 3 times to look for a grill they had in stock in a box. The first time they told us that they didn’t have any in a box so we came back last night and found two, we asked someone if they could get it down and they didn’t have anyone available but told us to walk around for 20 minutes. We come back up 20 minutes later and she said the guy who gets stuff down just went home. We paid for the grill and the girl at the service desk said it’d be ready to pick up the next morning at 8am. I called about 11:30am to see if it was ready & the gentleman who answered was rude and said no it wasn’t ready and implied that was my problem. We show up at 230pm and it’s still not ready then the guy who went to look for it, and came back and said he didn’t have any in a box. We had to walk over and show him and he said “oh” then eventually 10 minutes later someone got it down for us with the box falling apart. I will never be coming back to this place.

Sent to wrong location 3 different times and different things. Went to check out with only self check out. Could not give military discount as I had not filled out new form to get military discount card. Drivers license with veteran would not suffice. Probably the worst experience I have had at home Depot in my many years and states shopping there. Lowe's and Minard's are starting to appeal to me.

Generally speaking, they have what we need and they have fair prices and good pro contractor programs. This particular visit on a Saturday was a bit of struggle, though. We couldn't find the quality of paint rollers we wanted (they just don't carry them) so had to get those at another store. The corded sander we wanted was out of stock on the shelf and it was difficult finding help to let us know if they had any in back stock (they didn't). So, left a little disappointed with our visit.
