I was so disappointed when my husband and I stopped to purchase several items from this store this morning (Sunday 8/7/22). We had several bags on a flatbed and went to purchase some larger ticket items that we needed to take the slips to the front to give to an associate. Since no lanes were open, we went over to customer service so I could ask if we were able to check out there or if we could go through self checkout. I stood there and watched an older woman with short dark hair at the customer service desk completely pretend to not see me standing there, and another older woman with a brownish grey ponytail literally look at me, walk to the desk opposite where I was to put on her vest, and walk away without even acknowledging me. The only reason I even put 2 stars was for the man working self checkout who took the time to get our ticket items from the secured area. The customer service of those at the CUSTOMER SERVICE desk was absolutely terrible. It seemed that not one associate wanted to be at work today. I get being grumpy and working retail sucks, but this experience was particularly awful. Maybe don’t put your unfriendliest staff at the front of the house. Yikes. I’ll be going the extra distance to Menards or Depot from now on and will tell everyone I know to do the same. Unwelcoming, unfriendly, unhelpful (except for a couple of people). So disappointing considering the amount my husband and I spent there today. Ugh.

Ordered a fridge for a store in omaha. Was to be delivered Monday. When it didn't show up I called and was told that my deliver was changed to a month away and that their online orders sometimes do that and they don't know until someone calls. They changed my deliver to Thursday then. When I called the next day to talk to someone about what happened I was sent to three different people. The delivery supervisor then asked for the address and yelled he had no idea where the location was and he had lived there since 2010. Let's see if the fridge gets delivered and the old one hauled away like we paid for. Will never shop with any Lowes again. Have never had any luck with them.

I have ordered bagged mulch to the tune of 200 bags. 50 bags first round. Told it would be delivered within 3 days. It was not. Went to the email it was delayed 10 days, still not delivered, told their truck lost it’s transmission, delayed again 7 days, not delivered. I called the store had a fit. No one called me. No email, no communication. If I didn’t go and look at the email, I would never know. Asked that it was delivered right away. Was delivered 30 days after order. I had ordered again May 22, told it would be delivered at 23, now June 23. Not delivered and I cancelled the order. Three more delays. I called the store, they told me the same story. Truck lost transmission. I told them they already told me this story on my last order. They said it broke Monday 4 days ago. Ok what about the other 23 days? Oh my. I give up. My order is going elsewhere.

Lowe’s customer service is garbage. I ordered an item on June 26th and was told that it was in stock, after they processed my payment I was told that it was not in the store and my ordered would be delayed until June 29th and finally was told it would be July 7th. Still cannot pick up my order because they aren’t quite sure if it is there or not. Customer service at the store was less than satisfactory. I will never give my business to Lowe’s again.

In my opinion has went badly down hill .8 years ago was great. They have out scored the delivery and they are rude. Mgt will not call back with concerns. I have spent 500 k or more at this store but finished with them. Menards treats me better!

Love this place, it's my favorite Lowe's! Always well stocked, even during the pandemic with what they could get their hands on, vet their employees who are all knowledgeable, with special shout outs to the guys in plumbing and the paint department - they've saved me on projects more times than I can count!

Last year I bought 3 blueberries plants. 2 didn't grow back. So I went to Lowe's to return it and replace with new plants. cashier told me that she can't replace it because more than 365 days. I won't buy anything from Lowe's anymore.

Good luck getting help. Went in to buy a bbq grill two different days. Walked out after 30 minutes both times. Apparently only one person in the whole store can sell a grill and he must be on break all day. I go in this store for stuff 3 or 4 times a week but guess I will drive extra couple miles and go to Home Depot. Sure they will be happy to sell me a grill.

I drive extra just to come here instead of other stores! The employees here take great care of the store and products they carry, and are all very helpful! Amanda in the garden department is awesome!

The service and personnel were terrific. In my experience, the delivery was terrible. I bought a washer/dryer, and instead of taking them to the laundry room, the delivery personnel left everything in the garage. I called them twice, set up two appointments for them to complete everything, and both times, I stayed waiting for them. No call, nothing.
