The one thing I enjoy more than plants is catching them on sale! I was happily leaving the store with my new "plant babies". I saw a lady outside the plant section. I asked her if she could help me place my items in my car. She enthusiastically agreed. During our stroll to my car, she showed me a picture of a baby bumble bee close to a flower. ( How did she know such a picture would bring me so much joy?) In this day and age, it's rare to find someone who believes in "stopping to smell the roses". Her name is Lindsey and she is the store manager. Not only was she kind, she showed personal concern. How her kindness touched my day! Wishing you peace and wellbeing, Lindsey.

Patrick was soooo helpful! We came in Home Depot not knowing what was what or what we needed. Patrick came and helped us right away. He was so friendly and it was only his 3rd day! I appreciate him so much! Thank you Patrick!

The instore map is a nice feature as the aisle I needed was actually. off to the one side and not really in order per se. The self check out was the fastest option since I had just a few items. Like the fact they offer the ability to get an emailed receipt so I can better file it away and know its not going to get lost or forgotten about. The parking lot was crowded although found a spot but still not well planned out to line up with the exits it seems. One section of course was dedicated to pallets of top soil and trees. ⚠️ Autism; Lighting not bad, albeit there is one full aisle of many lights. Some noise as contractors were doing some demo stuff in the store. Might also now there are many different smells here from wood, paints, lawn chemicals, etc. Went kind of mid-afternoon trying to think I would avoid the crowds.

20 years of shopping home depot in Maryland Texas Colorado and Virginia I move to Nebraska and they make it where I will never return looks like Lowes got a new customer. So first I bought a light that did work so since the home depot is on my wife's way to work I had her return the item, even with a receipt they wouldn't give her cash made her take a card, I went to use said card they won't let me because it is assigned to my wife. I will use this card you will not rob me watch me call corporate about this.

I shop here normally and the service is usually better than this visit. The ladies in the paint shop were rude and didn't inform me that they were out of the paint I ordered 7 gallons of and just mixed and different paint....when I told her I also needed deck paint she just waved me off and didn't help me with completing my order....very bad service makes me want to cut up my home depot card and switch to Lowe's....after I'm done painting I won't use this account again

My "go to" store as a contractor. Anna, in the paint department was friendly and knowledgeable, even while busy, after a difficult customer. If they dont have something in stock, they will find it for me. Pro rewards are convenient. I'm happy with their customer service from returns to help loading.

Horrible customer service experience. Was trying to find someone for appliances. Waited 45 minutes before leaving. Other staff didn't know anything about it which is understandable if you're a different department but even getting other staff was difficult because they would try avoiding eye contact and keep walking. Then when found 3 people to find an assistant 1 said they would and 2 said they didn't know how to reach another person. Then we found the 1 who said he would in a different department joking with friends and he said oh he forgot to ask. Ridiculous experience. I've ALWAYS loved Home Depot and recommended it to everybody. After this experience though I might have to recommend family and friends otherwise unfortunately. Maybe I'll give it another chance. Each store is different.

I come here a lot... but stellar performance today by Jade at the paint counter. She walked me to the poly shades, help me pick the right one, even taking time to compare a few shades, and was super helpful and pleasant. Thanks, Jade!

I had a bad experience at Home Depot no one really wanted to help me for what I was looking for so I had to do it on my own and when I found them I got them and when I went to catch out I told the lady I had 30 of them and she charge me for 300 so I was a little bit confuse why was was too much when they only cause $.93 First I thought because I bought more stuff but they were not expensive either so I went to the car I noticed as soon as I went to the car I was looking at the receipt and I noticed that the lady charge me 300 of them I went back to the store and I told the lady does that look like 300 to you that’s only 30 of them and she was like you’re lucky you didn’t go home and noticed it at home because you would’ve had to come back but I mean once again what I have prove that I had 30 or 300 I know for sure they were going to fight because they had to return me back some money what made me mad is that it was not three dollars or two dollars were you like I don’t want to go back but it was almost 200 and something I am not saying not to shop there I’m just saying be careful and look at your receipt Like literally look at your receipt every time you get out of the store if this happened to me it could happen to anybody.
