Just went into this location to purchase a washer and dryer for my business and stood back in appliances for a while. I wasn’t greeted and not asked if I needed help. The associate took a call on the phone while I waited instead of walking over asking did I need help. After a few minutes I walked over and stood in front of him with no acknowledgement still. He walked off the opposite way and continued to speak to caller. They may not care much but due to his lack of customer service the lost out on my lil $2000. I went to Home Depot first received great service but dryer was out of stock. Sadly workers now days lack real customer service

Scott in appliances was very helpful and knowledgeable about the dishwashers we were looking at. He really listened to what our main issues with our old dishwasher were and was able to help point us in the right direction.

Shopped for a replacement grill. Henry was outstanding! Very courteous and helpful. Went in back to find our first choice but wasn't to be found in stock. Went to find our second choice but came out with our first choice because he found it hidden behind other boxes. Very friendly and exceeded our expectations. Everyone we encountered at Lowe's was asking if they could help us. Normally, I shop at Home Depot, but never get this kind of attention from their staff. Will change from Home Depot to Lowe's from now on.

Things are going down hill at Lowes. The appliances delivery people are not respectful and upper management dies not not return calls. They are also cutting discounts for Veterans. I much prefer Menards. Going to provide feedback to CEO. Lack of respect from the mgt team is sad

Went in for tile grout, asked sales man for some help. He took us to the grout and another customer asked him a question and he was gone. Never came back to follow up on us, just went back to his computer. After about 10 minutes of my wife and I trying to figure out the difference between the types of grout, I went up to their desk and two associates were up there. I directed my question to the other associate and the first one got up and came over, not what I was wanting. We asked him about the grout and drying time and he wasn't that knowledgeable about it. We had to call our tiler and get the info we needed. We decided to go to Home Depot across the street. That's another story, end up buying from another store that could explain it's product and how to use it.

I went to Home Depot last night for a PUR water filter. Home Depot did not have what I was looking for so I decided to head to Lowe’s. Lowe’s had the PUR filter in stock but only in chrome. I spoke to an employee named Rob and asked if there was any difference between the chrome or black finishes of the PUR filter. Rob was very helpful and stated that he would double check the website and look for me. Rob came to the conclusion that there were no differences and Rob stated he would price match the PUR filter and wrote everything down for me on a piece of paper to take up to the register. I am in line to check out and was advised to head to customer service where I interacted with Aaron, the head cashier. Aaron rudely advised me that he wouldn’t be price matching the filter because the products had two different model numbers. Aaron was very short and rude with me and when I told Aaron that Rob had price matched the filter for me, Aaron never followed up with Rob and told me he wouldn’t be honoring the price match regardless of asking Rob. Aaron was very unprofessional and did not let me explain. Aaron treated me like I had lied to him and made the whole story up. Aaron told me it wasn’t his fault and that Lowe’s would not be honoring any price match even though Rob said it was okay and that they price match all the time. It’s not about the money, but Lowe’s dropped the ball and didn’t honor a price match when they initially said they would.

Been our go to place for our home needs when we are in Omaha. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Store manager Eric is awesome! Willing to go out of his way to make sure you are happy and sometimes educated on the things you are buying. We keep coming back to this store because of him! Thank you Eric! **Update** Went back for all of our home appliances and was blown away with Scott in the appliance section. He went above and beyond and then some! I recommend going to him with all your appliance needs, he is really knowledgeable and keeps his word. Again, outstanding service and one of the main reasons we keep going back to this location. 👏
