This store needs to post the hours of each department. It is posted the store is open, but after 7 many are completely shut. I understand pharmacy hours but customer service? You can't return an item after 8? The store is open until 11. I didn't want a return, merely an exchange. Drove several miles because this store was listed as open and other than pharmacy nothing else was listed as closed. Please list all departments that close before the rest of the store.

Walmart was so much better before some overpaid genius rearranged the order o everything in every grocery section and neighborhood market. It went from making sense, flowing smoothly and making for a easy shopping experience to like wondering through a nonsense dreams where you have to keep back tracking or find things where the location makes no sense. For that 5 stars goes down to 3.

Working from out of state came here because I needed to return and air mattress that I didn't need. Got to customer service to do return and immediately am accused of stealing. Explain to the cashier I came through the front even explain and describe workers present. She page for cameras to be rolled back and got door greeter. Confirmed I came in the entrance 😡. Explain I don't have a receipt but I'm ok with gift card. She explains that my item is over the 50$ limit and can not do return 😡. Ask for manager who appears to not be available. Worst experience ever. Manger finally showed up and got me worked out. However step over to money center side where the cashier I was working with has moved to with my husband is trying to send money to his father. This time she ask is this a scam because he is sending money and you just make a return 😡. Honestly this has been by far the absolute worst experience ever in my life at any Walmart store

I waited to have someone help me get an above ground pool loaded into my car, Todd at the front walkway by the doors helped direct me to customer service, and Rick was beyond helpful with getting an L cart to the front to load it, he loaded it for me, and then helped me get it to my car and into my car! Much appreciated! Very pleasant experience. And it took probably twenty minutes to get help, but they are busy this holiday weekend! So that's understandable

For the most part, all the employees are RUDE, DON'T KNOW WHERE ANYTHING IS ACTUALLY LOCATED, nor do they try to find anyone that might know what aisle it is in!! They mostly have all self checkouts now and about 10 young employees, standing around, doing absolutely nothing except talking amongst themselves. They don't help you bag anything, or try to assist you in ringing anything up And THEY DEFINITELY WON'T LOOK FOR AN ITEM THAT NEEDS A UPC CODE!!

I typically shop at this Walmart for all of my grocery needs, but due to the pandemic, I have been using online grocery pickup more often. Since I had not shopped there in a while, I haven’t been in store. Well most recently, I went into the store & they reorganized it. I got a bit confused on where everything was at. I asked a lady named Amy for help. She was very kind. Lynn in the meat department was able to run back & get some steaks for me as well.

It was absolutely disgusting! You would think during a pandemic, the store would be better taken care, but nope. My feet stuck to the floor, the self checkouts were filthy enough it made it hard to scan things, and the women's bathroom had maybe one stall that was okay to use until you flush (expect to get wet from the flushing).

Its Walmart. Has stuff you typically need. And didn't realize till that moment that you might want. But there's also things you never thought you'd see.. and they don't sell eye bleach when you really need it. ( Eye bleach is not a real product. Please do not pour bleach in your eyes. I felt it necessary to add this at the bottom of this review. )

I love using the Walmart app and going to the clearance sections. They stopped changing the prices on clearance after a while so you get even a better deal than you expect. I got a windshield snow protector of high quality for $1 it was marked $8 had to buy it

I ordered online and picked up my groceries. No substitutes were needed this time. The pick-up experience was okay. As usual, I had to repackage my groceries because, apparently, the people that actually pick the items ALWAYS put each item in a separate bag! But WHY?? Each individual item should NOT be in a bag by itself. Then, they rarely DOUBLE BAG heavy items, but they'll put a large jar of Miracle Whip, pickle relish, and two boxes of Jiffy Mix in one of those little flimsy bags! Do the employees have to pay for the bags themselves?? Does common sense not come into play with any of them? And what is the purpose of the surveys(or whatever they're called) that come in your email after pick-up? It's obvious that NOBODY ever reads them because nothing ever changes. I'm 100% sure I'm not the only person who feels this way. Just my honest opinion.
