Janice and the team was very nice and sweet genuine lady she showed a lot of accommodations to all of our needs.

Very clean and secure. I was safely able to load, and unload my belongings without being afraid of being alone while there. The motion and light sensors helped me feel secure (a well as the 5 star surveillance that’s there). Janice and the entire staff makes you feel safe and at home and I’d sensitive to your moving needs (Janice if the best 🙂). I would give 10 stars but they only allow 5.

I am glad I chose this place to store. Janice went above and beyond to help me find a unit that worked for me and my budget! PJ was extremely helpful and both of them provided GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is something that most storage places are lacking. The facility is clean and well kept and secure! Thank you US Storage for being top notch ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You couldn't ask for more from a storage facility. Janice, the property manager, is by far the best customer service representative I've met in ages. She will make sure you are satisfied with the facility. It is clean and air conditioned. They provide carts for moving your property. It is entirely self-service with convenient hours. It is extremly secure. I've now used it twice for a couple of different moves and highly recommend it.

DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE! I stored my business equipment here for 6 years and ever since Lake Region sold it to U.S. Storage Centers it has made a complete 180 and gone South. Break in's are common here. People THINK it is safe because they don't let anyone know when there is theft. Since U.S. Storage took over there were 3 different break ins within a 4 month period. I had 2 cars and 2 trailers stolen from here worth $35,000 and they never let me know. When I called corporate their response was "Our employees aren't watch dogs." All they did was continue to charge me for the space EVEN AFTER I TOLD THEM EVERYTHING GOT STOLEN. They did nothing to make it right, remotely sympathize, or do anything to tighten security. The building and facade is nice, but TRUST ME it is NOT safe. I was one of their longest tenants and personally saw this place completely fall apart. I am now out of business and moving out of State because of this.

I researched many different storage facilities and found the best prices at US Storage Centers. I ended up renting a storage unit at the St Paul location on Vandalia street. Janice was so helpful! She made sure I was given the best price and appropriate size container. She didn't try to push a higher sales price. She genuinely wanted me to be completely satisfied with my rental agreement. I also want to add that the building was immaculate and is set up for easy loading and unloading with a freight elevator. Great experience, all around!

US Storage Centers in St Paul have been fantastic to work with for our business storage needs. Over the past year, our space needs have grown and they have always had a solution to help us. The location is clean, safe, well-kept and provides easy access with one truck-height loading dock and several van-height loading docks. Carts are available to borrow, there is a freight elevator for use and they sell locks and other supplies in the office. Wide hallways make moving supplies as large as pallets a breeze. They are always accommodating with all of our various, particular needs and willing to help in any way they can. Would highly recommend!

This facility is clean, safe, and secure. Staff are most helpful, friendly, and thorough. And, if you find yourself short on moving or packing supplies many items are available in the office during regular business hours, including Saturdays. Selecting storage units that meet your needs won't be difficult with the wide variety of sizes available and the reasonable pricing for monthly leasing arrangements. Seven days a week, 365 days per year assure convenient access. Altogether the facilities and cheerful staff make this U.S. Storage a good deal.
