I had a storage unit here for 4 years, probably closer to 5. The facilities were ALWAYS clean and accessible during posted hours. If I have the need for a storage unit I would rent from here again. Paula the property manager, was always helpful if needed. It was kind of funny, but I moved out after office hours but was going to return the following day to sweep out my unit and give notice of vacate. I received a text from Jonathan asking if I vacated and no longer needed to rent the locker. I told him I was actually on my way there to sweep and give notice that I no longer needed the locker. I asked him how he knew that. I was told they do walkthroughs in the mornings and he noticed my lock was gone.

Extremely clean and well taken care of. Jonathan helped us with our unit, and was very informative. He gave us a nice tour of the units, and didn’t rush us throughout the process even though we requested to see multiple units. Excellent center AND client service!

Paula and Jonathan.omg! Amazing customer service. They were very helpful and so understanding helped me thru getting a new locked for my storage because I flew all the way from Atlanta to get into my storage but I forgot my keys back in Atlanta. They were helpful in getting my storage unit open. You guys rock!!!

I don't personally have a unit here but my mother does so I occasionally go in to pay her bill for her. The staff is fairly nice and helpful. Most recently, I had an interaction with Paula at the front desk and she was very polite and pleasant to interact with. As far as the units themselves, the one my mom rents is a decent size and not too overpriced. They have handy trolleys to help you move your things which was honestly a lifesaver when we were loading everything into the unit and anytime we need to take something out or put something else in.
