As a previous review said, “they hold your prescriptions hostage.” That cannot be more true. Multiple prescriptions my doctors sent were delayed until “the doctor called to confirm.” A different excuse each time as to why they won’t fill it. I’ll find another corner to go be Happy and Healthy.

Went there for a flu shot, and had a smooth experience. We waited 15 minutes for it on a Sunday afternoon. The place was clean, and we did not have any problems.

I messed up and booked my flu shot appointment at the wrong Walgreens. So I went to the one that I actually wanted in the hopes of getting a flu shot there. I was the only person at the pharmacy. It was 1 pm. I was told that they were about to go to lunch and couldn’t give me a vaccine now but I could come back. I told them that I couldn’t come back later. So I left. The pharmacy recording says they go to lunch at 1:30. So not sure why she told me they were going to lunch at 1:00. It doesn’t take 5 minutes to get a flu shot ready. There may be a good explanation for this but I’m going with laziness on what I believe was the pharmacy tech. I’ve been a Walgreens customer for years. I’m not going back. Bad customer service is epidemic.

I am from Enid, got an antibiotic for my child with no information regarding the medication & did not refrigerate it like we should’ve because we weren’t informed nor was it on label. Went out of town & got a new script to get another antibiotic at this Walgreens so my son could finish it out. They were SO helpful, helped us get a discount so we wouldn’t have to pay an unnecessary amount due to the screw up on Enid’s end & we’re very informative about the medication itself. Talked to 3 different workers during my experience & they didn’t even all know about the craziness we had just dealt with, but they were soo wonderful!

I love this Walgreens they always have a good selection and items. The staff is great and one in particular worker is Karlie she has a great attitude, always answer questions is patient with the seniors and does a great job in the photo department as well as check out.😁😁😁😁

Customer gets a topical cream. Direction: apply locally two times a day. Customer says to the pharmacist: "I can't apply locally, I'm going overseas." This Walgreens has always been fast, helpful, and knowledgeable any time we have needed to get a script filled.

This pharmacy is a place you should avoid at all costs, in fact, actually... take off running in the opposite direction now just to make sure you avoid them. The pharmacist (Jamie S) will literally indulge in retaliatory practices wherein they hold your prescriptions hostage and make rules up as they go, as long as said rules work in their favor. The store manager, Brad Harris, also tries to tie up all issues in his predetermined little box, not caring at all about whether it’s the right box for your specific situation and definitely not caring about the patient who’s caught in the middle. This pharmacy is the place that “outside the box thinkers” and “problem solvers” and all other like minded individuals go when we’re being punished for daring to think on our own, let alone actually solve problems. This is by far, one of the absolute worst companies I’ve ever dealt with and definitely among the most apathetic corporate costumer service departments you will ever witness.

About four days ago we waited behind one car for twenty minutes while much talk and numerous drawer openings and closings occurred. Those kind of clients should be sent inside. Today we waited patiently behind another car for five minutes and when we could move up we were confronted with a large sign that said “no pharmacist on duty, we can’t serve you”. This is a total lack of regard for for us as customers. What is wrong with you? Are you planning to go out of business soon?
