Best convenience store in Moore, Oklahoma (OK) 2024

Went there for a flu shot, and had a smooth experience. We waited 15 minutes for it on a Sunday afternoon. The place was clean, and we did not have any problems. ~Toolee

I have never filled here before. My son had 3 prescriptions. However, I went in the drive thru and passed my insurance cards for him and they had his info on file. I was advised to wait in store for a 10-15 fill. Okay, no issues. I am understanding. They work like slaves!! An hour goes by and the poor pharmacist is being beat down by customers and phone calls and waiting patients. I grab and go as my son is a baby. Get home and there is only one. I call the pharmacy and wait on hold for 32 minutes. I know they are busy and I’m not complaining about the wait. The entire point here is.. they need more help. For their sanity and mine. Some how the scripts didn’t make it onto the profile so they were not all filled. The pharmacist made a comment they are still filling orders from 8/27! They shouldn’t have to be back logged like this. It’s horrible. I would hate coming to work everyday. 😖 GET THESE FOLKS HELP!!! ~Mel

John the night time closing cashier is amazing! Polite and attentive he has made me a fan of Casey's where as before I would akmost go out of my way to avoid this chain. This guy deserves a pay raise or a promotion! ~V

Owner of the store is a joke. Friend and I went in to grab some drinks, but we noticed prices and selections weren’t the best and decided to go somewhere else. Not sure what we did for us to act suspicious to the guy, but we were followed to our car, and was pretty much accused of stealing. You guys have an employee who sits and watches cameras when customers come in, so I think it’s a little interesting that you decided to follow and accuse of us stealing when you have that access to monitor everyone. Definitely shows you how they run the store, and how you can’t go in and not buy something without someone thinking the worst. Next time, take my advice and go watch your camera footage before chasing and accusing people. Owner is a joke. ~Trey
