Best vitamin and supplements store in Moore, Oklahoma (OK) 2024

I have never filled here before. My son had 3 prescriptions. However, I went in the drive thru and passed my insurance cards for him and they had his info on file. I was advised to wait in store for a 10-15 fill. Okay, no issues. I am understanding. They work like slaves!! An hour goes by and the poor pharmacist is being beat down by customers and phone calls and waiting patients. I grab and go as my son is a baby. Get home and there is only one. I call the pharmacy and wait on hold for 32 minutes. I know they are busy and I’m not complaining about the wait. The entire point here is.. they need more help. For their sanity and mine. Some how the scripts didn’t make it onto the profile so they were not all filled. The pharmacist made a comment they are still filling orders from 8/27! They shouldn’t have to be back logged like this. It’s horrible. I would hate coming to work everyday. 😖 GET THESE FOLKS HELP!!! ~Mel

This is the slowest pharmacy ever! Employees are nice. My child has 2 insurances and after waiting for over 15 min they finally ran it correctly. I'm sure they just wanted me to pay the copay. Nope. This is exactly why I drive to the other side of Moore and use Chris' Express pharmacy! Only gave 2 stars, because the employee and pharmacist were nice. ~Danielle
