This is my 2nd time picking up here and both time I've been in line I have waited over 20 minutes to pick up medicine. This very sad....

Pharmacy drive thru is so slow. It shouldn't take 30+ minutes to pick up a prescription. There are at least 3 cars behind me.

This is the worst cvs I have ever in my life experienced. They NEVER answer the phone had a surgical center call in a prescription the day before yesterday it is still not filled! We are still waiting for my husband‘s pain pills from the surgery are you kidding me what is wrong with this place. You cannot transfer to another CVS I’ve called another CVS who says they get complaints on the CVS all the time I will never use these people no more I’m going to complain to corporate as soon as they re-open after Christmas this is not right. They say all I can do is go in the store and sit and wait for them to fill the prescription it could take as long is an hour for me to sit and wait . And that will be the only way they will fill it other than that I won’t get it thank God I had other pain pills at home for him. How do you run a business like this? I will transfer all my prescriptions as they start to come in to the other CVS down the road . The store should be closed.

The sheer childish behavior displayed by the two young woman working in the pharmacy was absolutely bewildering. There was a super long line of cars in the drive through, now we always expect a long wait time no matter what drive through we get into; but this was a 20 minute wait, excluding the fact we drove around and went inside, we waited an additional 10. We get inside and we see the problem(S). Two of the 3 pharmaceutical workers are chatting and giggling like highschoolers while the other one does her job. We felt really bad for that poor woman. They give us the "One moment" and we start waiting. Once they decided they were bored of talking, they helped everyone before us, and that means the cars in line after us, as well as someone receiving a vaccination and all we needed to do was pick up a prescription ordered in by the ER. Next, we feel (but we are not sure) there may have been retaliatory measures taken against us due to the fact we came in to get help. The insurance on file worked just fine at the Emergency Room (roughly 3 hours previous), but all of the sudden they're charging us for the medication and we have NO insurance on file?? This was the trillionth time we've used CVS for prescription, and we've always had the same insurance provider.

I have never filled here before. My son had 3 prescriptions. However, I went in the drive thru and passed my insurance cards for him and they had his info on file. I was advised to wait in store for a 10-15 fill. Okay, no issues. I am understanding. They work like slaves!! An hour goes by and the poor pharmacist is being beat down by customers and phone calls and waiting patients. I grab and go as my son is a baby. Get home and there is only one. I call the pharmacy and wait on hold for 32 minutes. I know they are busy and I’m not complaining about the wait. The entire point here is.. they need more help. For their sanity and mine. Some how the scripts didn’t make it onto the profile so they were not all filled. The pharmacist made a comment they are still filling orders from 8/27! They shouldn’t have to be back logged like this. It’s horrible. I would hate coming to work everyday. 😖 GET THESE FOLKS HELP!!!

The meanest nastiest pharmacist I have ever encountered works at this pharmacy. My daughter had a double ear infection and I was told by an older white male pharmacist (balding with red hair) that he was the only one who could mix her prescription and he had to wait until the pick up line diminished. 4 hours later it was still not filled and when I came in very upset he was so nasty and vindictive. I had to get it sent to another pharmacy that had it done in 15 minutes..... Never going back, beware if you do.

THE PHARMACIST & THE TECH DID A GREAT JOB!! I went in last night for a prescription and there were only the pharmacist and one tech working. They had a line at the drive-thru, a line of folks for the COVID vaccine, and several folks like me at the counter. My scrip had been called in hours before so I was a little surprised that it wasn't ready. They explained that they were short handed and the COVID line had been long and they were behind. I made them aware that my elderly mom was at home alone and I couldn't leave her alone for long. They went above and beyond and got my order ready and I was out of there pretty quick, all while they were administering shots, helping the drive thru as fast as they could and several others at the counter. KUDOS TO THE BIG RED BEARD PHARMACIST & HIS TECH LAST NIGHT! THANK YOU! Mom is feeling much better today thanks to you

used to love it, but it's gone way down hill. I should not be on hold for 25 minutes to get a prescription refill. I can't trust the automated system, it never fills the prescription, it'll tell you when the prescription will be ready and then you get to the store and they've no record that you even requested a refill. Definitely looking for a new pharmacy.

I really wanted to give this CVS 2 stars, but the pharmacist David deserves all the stars. As soon as I see him behind the counter I know I will be properly taken care of. Keep up the good work David!
