Do not trust the sales reps at this location. Sales rep deactivated my sim card and replaced it with one that is not compatible with my phone, told me my only option was to purchase a new phone, and asked me to do him a favor and sign up for at&t fiber while I was there. I called customer service and they were able to send me a new sim card that was compatible with my phone. The rep just wanted commission.

Another ATT shop sent me here to solve my issue, that manager needs to approve it. But here the manager was not there; I asked when the manager would be available - the employers did not know !!! - "Maybe weekend?. I got advised to call the customer service - but customer service send me to the ATT shop. My issue is still not solved.

Trash company with no regard to customer service for captive fiber buildings. "What, your internet hasn't worked for 10+ days? Our backoffice is 'working on it.' Call you back never. Also, do you want to bundle your phone and cable too?"

Jorian, the service rep who helped me to purchase my new iPhone 13 Pro Max was excellent and very professional. He went above and beyond in answering all my questions and made me feel at ease and comfortable. I want to commend him for doing a great job in helping me. I love my new iPhone 13 Pro Max. I want to thank Jorian personally for a wonderful, topnotch experience there at the Wesleyan Store in Houston, Texas, and making me feel right at home.

Great experience here. Samantha was able to help me get everything I needed done to get a new phone and number switched over to AT&T. Even when hurdles came up, she figured it out in a timely manner. Ask for Sam!

The men working here continually told me to call customer service to answer my questions, rather than just helping me themselves. They also told me to come back another day to finish my trade in because it would take them a while to help the couple who came in 20 minutes after I did. They also added an insurance plan with an additional monthly fee to my line without my knowledge, despite there already being a family insurance plan on the account.

I had a huge mess when I preordered the new iPhone through the Apple store and UPS lost it. After spending over a week on the phone between Apple and AT&T customer service, Naomi was the only person who was able to assist me and get the issue resolved. Thank you Naomi!!
