No empathy, apathetic. I felt as if I had inconvenience them. I don't feel they were really listening to me. First lady was nice at first and then abruptly interrupted me, telling me to calm down now! This set me off. I fell she might of wanted that just to have an excuse to not deal with me. RUDE!!!

We were having a prob. With the Verizon bill. They were able to get it taken care of very quick. I prefer talking to people face to face, rather than on the phone. This location is very nice, the staff are knowledgeable.

The “tattoo” girl yells at people and the heavy set, dark haired woman with four kids that hates her job are rude. The “four kid” mama was eavesdropping on my private conversation and making remarks that I was rude trying to instigate trouble. TERRIBLE customer service at this store when these two are working. I’ve dealt with tattoo woman before and it was a terrible experience every time! However, Mark was a great help and a real asset to this company!

I went into Verizon to trade in my Apple watch and the woman who was supposed to be helping me was very rude. She cut me off while I was talking and this happened more than once. She acted as if I was an inconvience to her. They then proceed to tell me that their system is down. You would think they would tell their customers that when they walk in so they don’t end up wasting their time like I did. I will not be going back there and I will take my time to drive to another Verizon store.

Worst company ever they use to be pretty good but here lately it has gotten bad. They do not communicate with each other and continue to lie to there customers. We use to be customers for 12 years. We changed, long story, came back and our bill has gone up way more than ever. We've tried to add lines for our boys. Today went to corporate store and when I mentioned my husband is a disabled navy vet they rolled there eyes at me. When we try and discuss our bill we keep getting the run around manipulated. All in all they have completely insulted me my husband and boys. Thanks for the slap in face and punch in gut. I don't want apologies just want it fixed

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Have always gone to this store and had good experiences. Not today! All new workers and they were all rude. Was there for over 30 min before I was even acknowledged. No greeting or "we will be right with you," absolutely nothing. Wish I could say this experience got better from here.... Unfortunately not. When I finally was "helped" the guy was rude and unhelpful. Had an insurance claim on a phone that I've had a while. He tried to get me to buy a new phone and get into a payment plan, not surprising. When I said I didn't want to do that and asked about the insurance, he dismissively rattled off a website. I had to ask for him to write down a phone number before he went and got the brochure with all the info for the claims process.

If you’re looking for a store that has great customer service, understands what the customer is saying and treats the customer like they’re part of their family!! Then this is the store to be at!!!! Jacob, Russell, and the manager Ellye were absolutely outstanding and their customer service is on point!! They went out of their way to calm me down.. I was pretty upset something that wasn’t even their fault it was the customer service line so these 3 people didn’t do anything wrong!!!! but they took it like a champ and it made me feel like they understood what I was going through. So if you’re looking for a great phone service and a great store then this is the the one to be at!!! FYI don’t call customer service go to this store!!!! Jacob, Russell, and Eli will go out of their way to make sure you feel like your family or at least you’re a part of their family!! That is outstanding customer service!! Great job guys!!!!!

Jacob is by far one of the BEST and most HONEST sales and customer service people I have ever had the pleasure to interact with. He is super knowledgeable, and really cares about his customers. I usually do research before I come into the store, and honestly I don’t feel like I have to anymore because he always makes sure before I buy anything that I’m aware of all of the details. He has made me comfortable that I’m getting the best deal each time. I know that I can trust him. I have worked with him 3 or 4 times over the last year and a half and I will always keep going back to him.
