If I could give 1000 stars, I would!! This was by far THEE BEST AT&T experience I’ve had since becoming a consumer. Guillermo, Charlisse and Sean were INCREDIBLE! I lost my phone, walked in and expected the worse (I was literally prepared to switch carriers)…each of them were extremely patient, helpful, thorough while assisting me with my issue. It is extremely rare that young people exude SUPERIOR SERVICE, so this review was a MUST! They are amazing!!!! As someone in sales, I am NOT easily impressed (nor am I easily persuaded)…I was sold, sold and sold 😂😂😊 PLEASE SUPPORT THIS LOCATION!

Terrible! I am an ATT customer who went in to buy a phone. I already have service but needed to replace a broken device. Store would not allow me to purchase a just a phone...would only sell me a phone if I agreed to pay for it on an installment plan and sign a contract. Of course, you often pay more for a phone on installment than if you just pay for it upfront and I didn't need a contract as I already have service. This is an authorized retailer, not a corporate store...I recommend avoiding!

Rude”manager”. I believe she might just been in charge. I pray that is not the manager. Just needed something simple done. Which I ended up doing at another prime location. I hope to get the DM name and email him personally. “ Your going to tell me how to do my job” was her response.”

Awesome awesome staff quick in and quick out then you exactly what we were doing !!! Well that was my last years review until I got ROBBED of my phone....this is how.......I was trading in an iPhone8 for an upgrade, they inspected the phone and said their printer was not working so they cannot take the phone today....and that I had to mail it in....I wanted to come back the next day and physically give them the trade in phone, so that I dont lose it in the mail, she said nothing can be done now, since she has already activated my new phone......well guess what I mailed that phone in after receiving a box from AT&T trade in department, which is 3rd Party by the way....and AT&T takes no responsibility for loss or damage.....so yeah my phone never reached, I never got the $700 / $800 credit for the phone and ended up paying for the entire price of the iPhone 12 Pro Max.....so yeah....I do believe this is a USPS racket, all USPS employees are in on it along with AT&T not taking responsibility for anything.....I sent them pictures of the phone, the IMEI, The box at the post office, a video of me dropping it in the box, sealing it and putting it dropping it in the right package center at Bellaire post office....and they didnt give 2 Eff's about anything....I could tell by the supervisor, Manager, and everyone's tone.....same with the store.....They didn't really care, they were just interested in making the sale, thats it.

The first person I dealt with seemed sullen and was quite uncommunicative, and much more interested in his own phone problem than mine. Every time he’d hand me my phone for my password, he’d start fiddling with his own and complain out loud about his problem to the manager sitting nearby. And he couldn’t seem to accomplish the phone switch I’d come in for. Fortunately for me, about fifteen minutes into my visit, the manager told him to go clock out, and the assistant manager took over. He was much more communicative, had a much better attitude, and accomplished the switch quickly.
