Kevin was a very patient store rep that helped me and my wife order the new Iphone 13 Pro Max and purchase the Apple Series 6 watch with data plan. The service was slow at first but after further observance it was because each store rep was taking special care to meet the needs for each person that came in. The second visit was much faster and purchasing a tempered glass screen protector was simple and Kevin was more than happy to install it on my wife's phone for us. I will definitely continue to shop at this location due to the overall positive experience shopping here.

Archie is awesome! I was pointed to this store by another T-Mobile store that was out of stock. Archie was very helpful and knowledgeable. Give that man a raise! He totally deserves it.

I am very disappointed with T-Mobile of penn square mall. I asked their staff to put insurance on my brand new iPhone XR. They took all my information and my phone. Then they said your phone is insured and your bill will be sent. I was ready to wait and wanted them to put in a system infront of me. However, they said they will do it and let me go. Now, I came to know that my phone was never insured as it was never put in a system. I went there to ask about the incident but all their answer was sorry and they cannot do anything about it even though it was their mistake.

Danielle M was very helpful, she fixed our account that the previous t-mobile store in Edmond messed up. She was patient and made sure our account was correct before we left the store. While helping us she was successfully helping other clients with their phone issues. Excellent multitasking skills and wonderful customer service

This location fixed the problem of my phones internal storage in 10 minutes. However another tmobile store had done irreversible damage by clearing reformatting my entire sd card.

Our experience here at T-Mobile was quite wonderful. My wife & I have been dealing with services AT&T, Myfamilymobile and others for 3 days and we were quite done to be truthful. But as it turned out, we gave a call to this store and David N. a retail store associate answered and assured us that when we came in that they could answer any of our questions. He was so right, we had a ton of questions and we were given assurances by not only him but the Store Manager, Raasheda B as well. I know that with the help that all of the staff here that T-Mobile will be just the phone service that we need. Others who helped were: Alix R, & Jevon R. they were all so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful as one could expect. Customer service here was exceptional! Each of the above mentioned had something to offer which also added to a very good experience. So, if you are interested in changing YOUR service, please give this crew a call and go see them!
