They were extremely rude especially if you are white but if u are Spanish your all good but from my experience it was a horribly racist one & did not appreciate being treated like that. Definitely the worst I've ever been treated by anybody in the whole city.

The two young ladies that were working the day i was getting my new phones and service set up were busy taking care of Customers. One of the customers was yelling at the girl and being very rude,hateful and very disrespectful to her. She was trying to explain how to fix the problem to the customer and even called a manager to try help explain to the irate customer. He was so rude to her and treated her very badly. It was not her fault that the phone was faulty. She remained very professional through the verbal assault she was receiving from the customer. They even turned around to the people waiting to to say do not buy anything from the store. I just wanted to say I felt very bad for the young lady who was being treated awful. The two men that were talking so disrespectful to her should be ashamed of ourselves. This young lady is Somebody's Daughter sister maybe a mother who knows but she's a person and does not deserve to be spoke to in the way she was spoke to. Her customer service skills or outstanding and she should be honored for that because she represented your company very well.

I hardly write reviews but this one needs to be said. Yesterday November 13th I went into the store because I lost my phone I only had a week. I asked Stefany which she says she is the manager options on getting another phone. I had already had a bad day and it was 10am. I was upset. She said i could get a new number and a free phone. I asked how much that would be. She stated around $92. I asked why a $20 jump from the $73 I paid at a different store a week before. Her response was taxes went up. I was kind of leary but she knew I needed one. Today I call customer service because my $50 a month payment was $58. I told her to take off insurance she didn't but also added a feature of call number id blocking. I didn't ask for that either. I noticed on my receipt that a $20 charge with $5 discount on it. It was for a Samsung J7 prime black and silver phone case which I didn't purchase because I have an LG PHONE. Called store today and asked for manager and it was her. Asked why she added thing's to my plan I specifically said to remove of one of them. The other I had no clue exist. She try to say it was part of the $50 plan. If that's the case why is my bill $58. Asked her to lie to me some more because I just did the same thing last week. I asked about extra charge for phone case that I don't have don't have a Samsung. She said well you got a screen protector. I again said did I ask for one. She got quite. Soon after got a call to take survey. I gave very pior rating. She didn't want to give me her supervisor name. After survey it asked if I would like to speak to someone. Well of course I did. They were in shock and now this is being investigated. The person on phone was amazing!! So make sure you liok at your receipt. She was scamming to make store sales look better. I hope she will not be able to do this again m

Decided I would port my number into my friends account that had only one line. I paid the account up to full before going to the Metro Store at 23rd and Mcauther. Lady on phone documented that there wouldn't be any problems. Well for some reason the women there felt the need to ask my friend and I every question they could to make things difficult. I am not sure what their agenda was. One could only conclude each of them were mad at us for some reason. I asked for my money back and then they turned on the alarm for some reason. Nothing was being stolen and the store was full of customers. They stopped any attempts to port the number or let us get on to the next 2 for a total of 4 numbers. They didn't tell us to leave but the sound was very unpleasant. Police showed up and I told them what happened. According to the officer they now only spoke Spanish. He gave us a ride home after I requested as a result of mine has just been recovered after been stolen. It was a 2018 Civic hatch if you were wondering. The next time I came back later so I could get my money back and were assured I would if there were problems. With out notifying us they did not was us there or telling us to leave they covertly had one of them call the police and lied so when they showed up the officers must have been given a disruption because I said outside to them, "thank God you are here! These women in here won't let me have my money back" This prompted them to put their hands on me before I could respond to their question. "Do you have any weapons"? I alerted them to an injury that were then being exacerbated by their excessive use of force. Then they seemed to no longer understand English language or how people anywhere engage in conversation. While all of this went on I behaved like a normal rational human being he just wanted their money back because the people inside the store we're interested in the goings on that would extend far outside the realm of the Metro Cell store. The account is noted they must refund so I guess my options are reporting the transaction as fraudulent?
