I went to buy a watch, got the worst service ever from this worker named Jerrica or something like that. She ignored me most of time and act like I was wasting her time. I had to hit my keys on the counter for her to finish helping me after she stopped and started talking to two co-workers. I was so mad I took my watch back to store on I-35. 0 stars. ~A.

They were extremely rude especially if you are white but if u are Spanish your all good but from my experience it was a horribly racist one & did not appreciate being treated like that. Definitely the worst I've ever been treated by anybody in the whole city. ~tricia

Paid 67.00 something get my daughter phone service. Told they had a problem with system. Took money off my credit card then told by july 24th money be back on my card. Today is july 29th my money has never been refunded to me. And my daughter didnt get any Phone service. ~Dar

T-mobile stores can be hit or miss, but with Ian, we had the best experience ever. He was truly amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and his level of service was impeccable. You should give him a raise :) ~Arantxa

T-Mobile in Metro is a pretty good deal and bang for the buck however I don't think there's any communication companies out there that will never get a five star rating for me. Proven fact that they build their phones only last the battery is only last for a maximum. Requiring you to repurchase a new phone about every 2 to 3 years maximum this is not efficiency at all I think the entire industry needs to pursue a better battery and it better phone system so they can truly provide a service that they should be providing instead of the service that they are providing now. ~Tim

Owned and operated by the cliche wolf of Wall Street like character but can’t really make it in stocks so this is what they settled for. They will throw anyone and everyone under the bus and put them in debt just to make 10 extra bucks. Really sad to see human beings lie and manipulate good people. Old, young, rich, poor, no ones credit score is safe. They get incentives from phone companies to sell the phones that aren’t selling well. They don’t sell well because they have undesirable features or just don’t work well at all. They charge you an extra 25 dollar fee to pay your bill for “paper work fee” but it’s really just to make an extra 25 an hour. Don’t let the suits fool you. These aren’t professionals. They’re thieves. ~ASAP
