charged me for earbuds i wasnt even aware was gonna be in the bag. straight up lied and told me i couldnt pay for my phone in full and had to pay 200 ish yesterday and then pay 700 ish today. ended up having to pay the full price of the phone today cause they said i didnt make any payments towards the phone yesterday. 149 for some earbuds i didnt even want while the employee kept telling me it wasnt her fault and that they just didnt communicate properly despite me asking questions yesterday never coming here again

Super friendly crew that spent a ton of time and worked with me and my dad to get just the right plan for our family. Saved me a ton of money too and no wait. Usually going to the cell phone store takes forever and is a pain. This was the Best cell phone store experience I’ve ever had.

WORST PLACE EVER!! Don’t waist your time. Just Came to pay my bill and waited over 45 min and just left. Also five other customers left as well. They only care of assisting those who are there to buy a phone. They you should have someone who is just taking care of the people who are there to pay their bills.

After having such a negative experience when I called customer service when my Samsung just shut off and didn't come back on. I was on the phone with customer service for over three hours and even after that wait I was given wrong information on warranty of my phone and the fee amount I would pay for warranty exchange. I just wanted to cancel and move to a different carrier. I was so fed up. It seemed like customer service didn't care. The manager Kristopher at SW 29th store was so understanding and took the time to listen. He was very professional and kind. He looked into my account and appologized for all the inconvenience and gave me the accurate information.. I decided to stay with T-Mobile because of the Mr. Kristopher. I will recommend this store over all. You will feel valued as a customer here.
