Walmart in Westheimer rd by Dunvale Houston Tx is very convenient for everyone why? Because they have everything we need, is clean all areas and they have security in the parking I love it this store 😍

Ordering pickup is so easy and customer friendly. You simply sign in online saying you're parked,the customer service representative verifies your name and brings out your groceries...so simple easy and stress free. Plus my groceries were the freshest and my milk was still cold even though I showed up 2 hours late😁

Hadn't been to their stores since they are limited in their selections. Enjoyed the sale prices currently on clothing. And found a case for my phone. Excellent reduced prices. Googled first but disappointed in sales people in electronics don't care attitude. Not all stores are the same..but their attitude will make you walk out of the store at dunvale. No one was around. Only one young guy after 20 min came. He seemed to be nice to check me out with my purchase. Next time I will ask for mgr🤨🧓😌

If there were an option for zero stars, I'd have chosen that. There are no electric carts at all for customer use. It is not possible for me to walk far enough to shop here without one, and i don't own a portable one with a basket. Basically, this store is not handicap accessible.

I would like to invite all the employees from Walmart with dog face and with their smart.4ss answers “if you don’t see it, we don’t have it” to go and work at Amazon. There they don’t have to interact with any costumers. The costumers we don’t deserve their poor education,culture, and their missed values and manors when we’re going to the store. It’s unbelievable how each employee does what they want here, they act like they are the authority when they are not more than another every 2weeks paycheck. This lady I was doing the line to pay and she said “I’m closing no More. Go to the next cashier” obviously with her best attitude -*sarcasm* well I was doing the line there because I wanted to buy cigarettes, anyway I went to do the line in another cashier and then I saw the lady taking care of another costumer when she told me she was closed. But wait that human without any skill of costumer service and any decent behavior it’s the manager. Yes she is the MA NA GER. I would like to believe if she can manage her disgusting attitude and her abuse of power at work. Making the whole experience a nightmare.

The only reason for this 5 star is for the manager that was working customer service today around 7pm. With the two cashiers. Also the check in person and the person handling the self check out. They kept their composure and very professional dealing with rude customers. Being In cunstomwr service you must have skills and they definitely have it.

I always avoid asking questions or having to talk to the employees here because most of them are very rude. But today was the day when these lady was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. She treated me as a thief, I had never complaint but today I felt discriminated. These is not the first Walmart that has people “working” and not really doing nothing but been mad all the time, if you ask a question they will roll their eyes and said “I don’t know these is not my department “ or talk rude to you. the “managers” ALWAYS look the other way. they don’t get corrected that’s why these employees keep doing what they want to.

Such a HUGE place. It's amazing to see endless variety of everything one needs. We went in to pick up a bunch of things. I got really cute nail paints for about $1 each and I got nyx lipstick too. I picked up a bottle of aloe vera gel that has really good reviews. Excited to try everything. The employees are super sweet and helpful. Don't hesitate to approach them if you need help. Pro tip: Best and biggest collection of makeup and brands. Don't miss it!
