Like any place, the store definitely represents the surrounding area of people. If you know you know. If you enjoy countless homeless people outside begging, this is your store. If you're a regular customer, you will begin to recognize and know the homeless regulars in front, parking lot, or walking to the store. I wish management would do something about this. Don't shop here on 1st and 15th... it will be packed. I'll let you figure out why.

I was easily able to find most of the items on my list. Surprised that while there is good selection for athletics and leisure, one small section for scrubs, -0- for business wear. Surely other customers go to work and need affordable clothing.

This literally saved me from tummy aches! I used both of these around 7/8 PM and by 6 AM I was relieved of any and all pressure. Bloating went down completely!

There are more products locked behind glass at this location and finding some one with a key willing to help you is sometimes an exercise in frustration and there's never been anyone working the jewelry counter when I've been in this store. They don't stock their own "Sam's " products efficiently. There's hardly ever any Sam's diet cola on the shelf or Sam's hazelnut creamer. There are much better Walmarts within a few minutes drive. Opt for another location if you have the time.

Flat tire on the freeway - changed to the spare in a parking lot. Drove to a nearby Walmart Automotive. Back on the road in two hours. While waiting, nice air conditioning, cold Diet Coke, and snacks from the deli. This is the way to go.

Normally I don't care about customer service in these places but this time I was treated badly from the back by the batteries to the young man who closes the door at checkout time. The worst walmar I've visited talking about customer service

Money services really needs to better plan for the lunch hour rush and have 2 people manning the booth instead of just 1. Pam was very friendly but I felt bad for the fact that she had this ridiculously long line and nobody to back her up. And people just kept lining up.

Awful, just awful customer service. I left a battery charging for 1 hour, came back and the ticket printed out says I need a replacement. I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes for an associate to come and do an exchange. They have the battery in stock but no one to do the transaction. They called a team lead but still no one is coming. This is horrible customer service. If I could give Walmart zero stars, I definitely would. There was another customer waiting to get his keys so that he could go home and no one is coming to help out. Where are all the managers at? Does corporate need to know what is going on at this Walmart? Maybe we should give them a call and let them know how horrible their customer service is? Never again will I be purchasing or coming to this Walmart again. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 **UPDATE** The associate, Leticia, came back from wherever she was and said she couldn't do the exchange battery transaction because the register was closed. I asked to see if a manager can do it but she sent me to customer service. Patrice, a team lead, tried to help me but couldn't get the transaction to go through because it could only be done at the auto center. There was no manager available to the transaction. I left without being able to exchange the battery. Why don't they let anyone know that these types of transactions cannot be made after certain hours? Why are there no managers available to take care of these things? All I saw were employees walking around the store with their headphones on and not helping anyone out. How do they even allow this? Poor customer service. Poor management.

Bought a lg tv and got a Hisense tv still waiting on a manager to get my refund. Don’t shop here the managers are rude and they don’t resolve nothing it was the gm coach and her assistant manager. Payed for a lg tv and got a Hisense. Finally after a day Tiffany helped me thank you Tiffany

If this Walmart you can tell that the people that work here are overworked and really stress I never see them smiling and they always readirect me to another team member when I ask for help. The lines are absolutely long they move super slow when checking out. And what's the reason go is close? A lot of product that is on the shelf is just mixed up it looks like a hurricane just ran through here and left this place in a big mess. Do they... I mean like ....where is the teamwork ...what's going on here ...like, I don't get it... it's hard.
