Collectively everyone in the area knows this is the ghetto Walmart, but still the bathrooms here are in desperate need of repair/replacement. Toilets are toddler height, level with the bottom of the stalls & keep breaking away from the walls. At any given time maybe 1 of the 3 faucets at the sink might work, even then it only lets out a light trickle of water.

My go-to walmart location and it's not crowded, good staff and has a gas station so it's all a plus for me.

Got my oil changed on 7/22 and the service was horrible. I had to go back right after because my car was smoking and the oil was leaking out. They will not take fault for their wrong doing and fix my vehicle. I will never go back to get an oil change from them.

Me and my daughter went to pick up our online order we accidentally sent to store the associate went to go find it and never came back. Needless to say it took another 2 weeks to get money put back on my card

I was there at 3in the afternoon. There were only 2 full service checkouts open and the rest self check outs. The line for self checkouts was 8 people deep and only one self checkout was accepting cash. Very disappointing.

I like this store, but I have started curbside pickup because I find it much easier to do, while shopping in the store trying to find certain items is a hassle because staff is either have a nonchalant attitude when helping you or they don't know at all so I just shop online lol

Had a lady that would not identify her self and hid her badge but I can describe her she was caucasian female dark hair in about 40's to 50s she was not checking me out another gentlemen was who was very nice . She identified herself as the manager on duty and said there was no one else there higher th add n her manager wise to speak with. I just notified her that I had taken s bite from a peice of chocolate love as f and that it was very badly molded and bad as in the chocolate filling had turned grreen(I didn't think this was possible) anyways I told her trying to be honest instead of just setting it back down ahe immediately replied "well that's great but your gonna still have to pay for it!" I didn't really care one way or another it was a cheap item and was just trying to tell her so someone else didn't get sick or a kid. She kept over talking me repeating the fact that I sould have to pay for the item or that it was theft and my only option was to buy the item and drive back tomorrow and try returning it.i tried to tell her that I would pay for it but I didn't want to bring it .. she quickly became hostile telling me to report her if I wanted that it didn't matter and that she was the highest manager and no one was over her and that it would be useless she. Said she wouldn't get in trouble and then she even started yelling and notified me that she had her gun on her right then and patted her back pocket telling me she would not give me her name and dared someone to trying to mess with her she said she wasn't scared.i was in a state of shock at how quickly this lady became violent and actually started threatening me with lethal force when I hadn't even said any type of curse worst or insult ir raises my voice I just told her about the product I asked her name and I told her I wanted to talk to her manager since she refused her name.. that is ALL... this lady is a loose cannon I hope someone high up in Walmart sees this review and follows up and reviews this because the lady is obviously having some mental or emotional issues and needs help before she hurts someone... I support carrying firearms but not by someone that's threatening to shoot a customer who complains about bread.... just to be clear this was at walmart in lake jackson tx and it was about closing time o think about 3 days ago. I asked another worker what her name was on the way out but they were obviously fearful of the lady also cause they whispered the name to me all stealthily I believe they said "kerri" but I didn't want to get her in trouble cause the crazy lady was watching and literally hollering at me as I walked out the store.

The major problem is it's not open 24/7. Otherwise it was fully stocked, as it could be with meats and chickens and all the other things and shelves except for baby formula! We're pretty good, I guess Biden thinks baby should die.

The place is not bad it is actually a lot cleaner than other Walmarts. They do have staff that is friendly and they a lot of parking may not as close as some would like but is good parking 😉 you can always find the things you need. But what I don't like are the long check out line they have. They have a lot of check outs that should be open to speed up the process. the self check out only wants cards,and the have a lot people that "help"are just standing around in the self check out when they should behind a cashier to relieve some of the long lines

Stopped by here to grab a cheap printer after visiting another Walmart they sent me here said they had 6 in stock but nothing is on the shelves. This is an ongoing situation everywhere! They upgraded the computers in self checkout.
