I like shopping here, however there are quite a few rude staff members (definitely not all of them though, some are terrific). Sale prices are good.

My favorite place to shop. Has everthing I need. Clothing, furniture, housewares, bedding. Very large selection and variety. For the younger generation and older generation. Something for the whole family. Always BOSCOVS is my favorite place to shop.

Too much crammed on the sales floor. I suggest a manager push a shopping cart to get the feel of what they are putting their customers through.

I go to Boscov's from time to time and it has always been a nice department store. The employees are always super friendly and the store itself is always clean and inviting.

Nice traditional shopping center with good sales and helpful staff. I like to do online shopping, but sometimes you need to go in store. This place is fun to browse!

It was refreshing to customer service representatives manning the the department resisters. The three departments i visited each had an open resister. I didn't have to walk to the other end of the store to be rung out. Not that I had a pricing issue but if I had the person was right there in the department to check it.

Store is nice but not happy with my bath towels I purchased within the last 2 months. Under normal use ( my son's and I still used older sets within that time also ) 1 has torn to nearly unusable condition. Certainly expected to get more time before having to replace them.

If they would have a better sneaker outlet and up their clothing style they would be much better. But their discounts are pretty good. You can get a $300 coat for $100 or less which is great for a lot of families

The store is very nice and we found everything we needed to find, but my only complaint is the service this older women would not let me try on clothes in the dressing room which I fully understand because of the Covid rules but she was very rude about it even though there was multiple people entering and leaving the dressing rooms which I found funny. I’m not the one to pull the race card but after this incident with this older lady I really question it, I can see now why this place is failing and the Lebanon mall is going down hill. Overall though, this place is all it used to be and that I really enjoy. 👍

the store layout is confusing but i like the ceiling cvery cool. last time i was here i spent 20 min smelling candles but didnt buy anything bc they didnt have what i was looking for. i dont remember what i went there for though. they have a large selection of goods including, but not limited to, salt lamps and kitchenware.
