Hi all. It took a while to get waited on, but my friend started a new line and they were nice here.

I went to this store to attain my own phone line separate from a former spouse that I was on a plan with. This lady Eldin working the evening shift was rude unprofessional and very disrespectful in response to my situation and informed me that the cheapest plan she had for me was $130. This is a correction from my previous post, I went to the store on S.E 29th St. and was treated by Angel as if I was family. He kept me with my old plan updated my data and was very helpful and accommodating.Do not go to this store on S.E 44th because this young lady tried to overcharge me and was extremely rude. Please report her unprofessional attitude this is ridiculous for anyone to have to put up with and it's not worth it. Please contact me and I will elaborate further.

T-Mobile in Metro is a pretty good deal and bang for the buck however I don't think there's any communication companies out there that will never get a five star rating for me. Proven fact that they build their phones only last the battery is only last for a maximum. Requiring you to repurchase a new phone about every 2 to 3 years maximum this is not efficiency at all I think the entire industry needs to pursue a better battery and it better phone system so they can truly provide a service that they should be providing instead of the service that they are providing now.

For a moment I thought this was a T-mobile store , the professionalism of the gentleman in there was amazing , I came from the store on 44th and western ( I wrote a review with 1 star) with a problem on my phone but got a horrible experience in 44and western store . I came to this location with no hope until I entered. A gentleman name Oscar took care of me with respect and charisma from the beginning til the end he never mentioned the phrase "you need a new phone" like the other store did as only solution . At the end I bought a new phone because Oscar made everything so easy for me !! we need more people like you !!!
