Do not trust the sales reps at this location. Sales rep deactivated my sim card and replaced it with one that is not compatible with my phone, told me my only option was to purchase a new phone, and asked me to do him a favor and sign up for at&t fiber while I was there. I called customer service and they were able to send me a new sim card that was compatible with my phone. The rep just wanted commission. ~Rhianna

Rude”manager”. I believe she might just been in charge. I pray that is not the manager. Just needed something simple done. Which I ended up doing at another prime location. I hope to get the DM name and email him personally. “ Your going to tell me how to do my job” was her response.” ~Jose

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother. She went into this location because her iphone suddenly stopped working. First, nobody greeted her when she came into the store. Then, when THREE people came out, they all went to one other woman. My mother had to say, "Excuse me, can I be helped?" Someone RELUCTANTLY came over to help her. They did explain that the battery was dying after running a battery test - and called the supervisor over there to confirm. Then they tried to sell her the newest iphone - that isn't out yet. They tried to rush her into a decision and when she asked about the financial obligation of it, they rushed even more. "So do you want it?" She left because she did not like the attitude from the people there. I believe her because of the experience I just had. I called to speak with the supervisor myself. Whoever answered the phone told me his name is Matthew and that he's in a meeting. I asked when he would be out. "I don't know and then he's off for the rest of the day." Well if you don't know when he will be out of the meeting, how do you know he will be out? Then I asked what time he would be in the next day. "I'm not allowed to give out his schedule." Her tone was that of if she did not want to be bothered. I know that is an opinion, but you can tell when someone is trying to be helpful and when they are not. My mother is an older woman and it is a shame that you all treated her in this manner. I will be contacting corporate directly, but I was trying to speak with the supervisor first. Poor customer service is gracious. You tried to get over on her and I am glad she didn't fall for it. She is going to another Verizon store where she will hopefully be treated better - at least spoken to and greeted by people who want to help her. Do better. ~Tasha
