Went in to upgrade my iphone in July and was told I would get $400 credit for trading in my current iphone. Fast forward 3 months later and I still have not received my $400 credit so I went in to the store to get an update. Current situation is that they might only be able to give me $200 credit because their employee was misinformed and told me the wrong information. Wondering how this is my fault? I would have not traded my iphone if I was only going to get $200 credit. Talked to the manager and he said he would talk to the corporate promotions department about me getting my $400 credit. I hope they do the right thing and give me my $400 credit. Overall the manager was nice and helpful but I will hold them to 1 star until I hear back from them.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother. She went into this location because her iphone suddenly stopped working. First, nobody greeted her when she came into the store. Then, when THREE people came out, they all went to one other woman. My mother had to say, "Excuse me, can I be helped?" Someone RELUCTANTLY came over to help her. They did explain that the battery was dying after running a battery test - and called the supervisor over there to confirm. Then they tried to sell her the newest iphone - that isn't out yet. They tried to rush her into a decision and when she asked about the financial obligation of it, they rushed even more. "So do you want it?" She left because she did not like the attitude from the people there. I believe her because of the experience I just had. I called to speak with the supervisor myself. Whoever answered the phone told me his name is Matthew and that he's in a meeting. I asked when he would be out. "I don't know and then he's off for the rest of the day." Well if you don't know when he will be out of the meeting, how do you know he will be out? Then I asked what time he would be in the next day. "I'm not allowed to give out his schedule." Her tone was that of if she did not want to be bothered. I know that is an opinion, but you can tell when someone is trying to be helpful and when they are not. My mother is an older woman and it is a shame that you all treated her in this manner. I will be contacting corporate directly, but I was trying to speak with the supervisor first. Poor customer service is gracious. You tried to get over on her and I am glad she didn't fall for it. She is going to another Verizon store where she will hopefully be treated better - at least spoken to and greeted by people who want to help her. Do better.

As a long term client with Verizon, I would anticipate all locations to be similar in their customer service. Unfortunately, this location is not it. Avoid this location at all costs. Its a very shady place and they don’t honor the sales they make. I bought an Iphone 13 Pro from them and was told I would get a call when it arrived to their store. I was given the tracking information and I saw when it would be arriving. I called them when I got the notification but did not get an answer. I gave them calls to pick it up but no response. I went to the store and they wouldn’t open the door for me even though I could see the employees inside and I could see them see me outside. I ended up going to a separate location to get my business completed. Very incompetent staff. Location should be closed. Update 20220819: Still no call from them about the phone lol

Came in at 2pm rang the door bell bc door was locked. No one opened. I saw employees and customers inside and no one came to the door. Very unprofessional don't recommend this store. Poor poor customer service

Predatory. Told me they gave refunds, left payments on the accounts. Be careful and ask about charges they’re adding to your account as they’re activating your phone.

This is the worst Verizon store I ever been to the employees will hide out in the back. You have 3 people in the front waiting while two employees in the back laughing. The sale people is commission driven will lie to you make a sale. I strongly advise you to avoid this store at all cost
