Wife took car in to check brakes. Said we needed a front brake line and the part quoted was almost $300. Pressures wife into agreeing over the phone and I call them an hour and half later to tell them to cancel it because the part is literally $19 online. Owner gets aggressive and tells me he already ordered it and I would have to pay full price. We argue and eventually I agree to pay restocking fee. Tbh I should have just called the cops. Nothing was in writing. Nobody signed anything. Scammy vibes all over. Called my other mechanic and he said he could do the job in an hour for $50. They quoted me nearly $700. Terrible customer service, trying to take advantage of women. Stay away

Total rip off. Striped the oil pan threads after an oil change. They did not mention it, but I was charged $14.00 for a new drain plug as part of the oil change. Total was $80.00 with a $10.00 coupon. Noticed oil leaking the next day from the drain plug. I checked it, but it just spun in both directions by hand. Being held in with a white nylon washer. They took before photos, no oil dripping off drain plug. But claimed it was already stripped. They did a 100 point inspection or whatever. I have it in writing. With over $1000.00 in recommended repairs. With no mention of having a stripped drain plug. Went back and was charged $350.00 for a new oil pan. Was discounted to 1 hr labor. Left grease footprints on the new floor mats. And the driver's door window. They did apologize for that. Thanks. Avoid at all cost. They should be investigated. Total cost $430 for a routine oil change. They are very professional. And make you feel like they are doing you a favor. Don't fall for it. You have been warned. Service: Oil change

They charged me outrageous amount for front breaks and oil change on my kia, $500, had no choice since it was before work and I was going to out of town that night, wish I had the chance to look around but last time I went for oil change it was reasonable. Last year I went to a different shop, had alignment, tires, breaks and oil change for $600.

Set up an appointment with caradvise. Vehicle inspection $24. Got there and they told me no, it will be $74. They bypassed the caradvise promo and refused to give me the discount. The pld bait and switch. Losers go here.

Took my car here for repair. They gave me an estimate of what it would cost and when they found something else they asked me if I wanted the work done. They gave me the additional price and it was reasonable. They had my car ready in good time and were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to all my friends.

Wont Be Returning. Alignment Was Going To Be Full Price They Posted Inside The Office For One Of The Smallest Cars Out There All Stock. Couldnt Get Alignment Done and Payed 50$ For Them To Lift It Up and Go Under With A Flashlight To Tell Me At The End Again That It Couldnt Be Done And Had To Pay To Replace Some Parts Before They Can Do Alignment And Was Gunna Be More Than $2,000....No Thank You.

Brought my car in To fix oil leak. Changed my oil. manager said he’d fix the leak before an oil change. Then said the leak was minor. Started car this morning and watched oil drain like a faucet from the bottom of the engine block. Then drain 2 more time the exact same way later today. Completely pointless. Waste of my money. Have video to attach.

Things went well until I got there. I was asked if I wanted to align my tires and he said I didn’t need to since it’s a new car. I said I would trust his judgement. Then he goes ahead and charges me for it anyways labor and all. ( Obviously not good judgement ) 🙄 Worst part is. They LOST the freaking key to unlock my wheels. Had to look around for 20 minutes until I suggested they just buy me a new one. I wasn’t tryna stay any longer than I already have. Now I have to wait for them to send me my key to unlock my wheels and if I pop a tire I’m screwed. I won’t be able to switch it with my spare. Just waiting for that phone call for them to send me a new one now. What was meant to be a quick oil change turned into a long irritating experience. Safe to say I won’t come back to this location. My first impression was terrible 👎

I took my car down to meineke yesterday for an oil change The young man who waited on me was especially nice and professional. I had taken other cars down for the same service in the past and he gave me a $20 discount off the synthetic oil change. He was extremely thorough and looked up the specs for my car to ensure putting the right oil in. I was a very happy customer and will take all my cars down there in the future.
