AT&T has to be the worst company to ever exist in terms of customer service! I've been along-time customer (over 20 years) and every time I reach out to them it's worse than it was before. I was in this store with four simple objectives to get done on my account(s). 1. Trade a phone in. 2. Add a line. 3. Delete a tablet. 4. Combine two accounts. I was there for right at three hours one day last week, and while the guys I spoke with were nice enough, they accomplished exactly nothing whatsoever....in three hours....!!! I left this store more upset than I can ever remember being in my entire life, and I've been puzzled ever sinceby teh quandry 'Why does this store even exist?'. I'm happy to give AT&T the worst rating possible. I am currently searching for another phone company to switch my nine lines to. Surely there isnt' another company this bad to deal with!

ATT 2670 SOUTH SERVICE ROAD, Moore OK. I was helped right away at the door and Maribel was very efficient and informative. I appreciated her honesty and forthright attitude for my transaction. She ended up saving my $4 on my bill while adding another line to our account. I’ll definitely return here for my att needs.

Moore Oklahoma store. Fantastic service. Traded phones and both the salesperson and manager made sure we left with the phone I wanted, data transferred, etc. While we were there, the manager helped a disabled veteran who was on the phone with AT&T (not receiving good service, worse on Memorial Weekend). He took it upon himself to assist the customer who was getting the runaround with a tax exempt purchase. I like seeing someone taking charge to assist our veterans.
