I have to say AT&T is the worst cell phone company I've ever had to deal with they overcharged me . Billed me for 4 lines when I only had 2 it was almost a year before I caught it.I do not recommend Them.

Very friendly and informative. As with any such purchase, recommend having someone knowledgeable with you. Am technologically challenged so can't really make informed decision without help. But staff was friendly and helpful. Was good experience all-in-all.

I had spent hours on the phone with ATT Tech services, who could not understand me and I couldn’t understand them. They even had me send the hardware back and sent new hardware. Nothing fixed my issue with the wireless base unit for home phone. They refused to believe I had a bad SIM card. I decided to take the unit to the store. Cory helped me replace the sim card and it works great! Thank you so much for your help Cory. Cory was also very helpful explaining different plans that are available. Had a Very good experience.

Desiree Johnson the store manager is an absolute saint of a human being. even when I lost my patience she kept her cool and remained polite and professional. She is the shining star of customer service. And I wish there were more people like her in the world. She deserves a raise a promotion and an apology from me personally. Thank you Desiree. Desirae and her team were awesome for me! Had a tech problem with my new watch and she didn’t quit til it was resolved and working! Stayed and 1.5 hours past closing time to help me out! So glad to be doing business with them!

When I came in I was very frustrated and irritated with AT&T. A young man named Tyler helped me and within a matter of minutes had solved my problem and calmed me with his excellent skills, both personality and tech skills.
