They have lost lots of good people to due mostly to pay and the ones they have now have cost me more money then I save getting parts there . They can't even pull orders correctly or order the parts even after we Givee them part numbers and line codes it becoming bad

Poor service not knowledgeable about parts. I came in looking for a pressure line fitting he told me he could look it up but he'd have to look in a thick catalog and he didn't want to!! (His words) And I'd be better off going elsewhere.

Nice guys the man that was great was the manager but he just got promoted so he's not there anymore so we'll see how they do without him and Joseph is awesome too very knowledgeable and very helpful

There were employees just standing around or talking to other employees. Some of them walked away from the counter went to the back after they helped someone else. That is not how you treat your customers. We pay your wages,you don't pay us to come in your business.

Can’t say nothing bad about these guys I mean who else will let u work on ur vehicle whenever and shoot use specialty tools and get in there and help at below 30 don’t know if u get paid extra for that so tip these guys and gals

I recently started going to this store quite often (due to building a car) at first the staff was very helpful but just the past few times I have been there the attitudes of the workers is poor and they just flat out act like they do not want to help. Maybe they are just tired of seeing me lol but the moral of the store isn't good.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I needed a new battery...had stopped by a couple of “other” stores that didn’t have the battery i needed..and their Staff didn’t help. Then i made it to o’reillys. Entered the store and was immediately greeted. I went to the car battery area and started using the battery selection machine. Then, Colton, called me over and said “let me help from here, i can find it quicker than that machine”. He then went back and forth to my car 3 times to identify the correct battery and to install the new battery for me. It was courteous, friendly and attentive service and not over done...it was refreshing. Thanks Oreillys ... you made me realize how much i was starved for good customer service. I’ll be back!

These guys are great. Tested my battery, then came next door to give me a jump. (I got lucky, it was the quiet time of day) Got me back on the road within minutes of me telling them what had happened.
