Not sure but it seems like the QDOBA restaurants are declining from what they used to be. Especially in hospitality and people skills. This is one of my favorite places to eat but... Also some skimp just to get you through the line and dump it in one place and even roll their eyes when you ask for something else.

Don’t know what happened between 5- and 7-months ago (based on reviews); however, my experience here was impressionable in a sour way. Ordered a specific style taco salad… PRO: this business is obviously a franchise; CONS: 1)Ordered ground beef and received a mix of steak. (I’m non-pork and would’ve flew off the handle under different circumstances.), 2) Received non-requested veggies; asked for rice and lettuce and received red onions and bell peppers, 3) Greasy meat was affecting the ability to eat (even with a fork/spoon), 4) Taco Salad Bowl is stale (inedible), 5) @$15 for taco salad, expected so much more based on Qdoba’s previous reputation. Here’s a pic and what I actually ordered: Taco Salad: lettuce, cheese sauce, rice, ground beef, guacamole w/ shredded cheese on top. After you see this picture, you decide; as for me…NOT THE YUKON LOCATION! Whatever the management promos are to fix it, don’t want it. It’s unfortunate, the grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup in prison was better than this.

Open until 10 however at 930, we show up and receive nothing but attitude. I get it. Everyone wants to go home. But if your open until 10 you should stay OPEN until 10 and schedule the shift to START closing at 10 not start closing and tossing food at 930. Because of the treatment and the fact that they had almost no options at 930 we won’t be back even during more “convenient” times.

Employees need rubber mats to help them with wet floors. They could work faster if they wasn't trying not to fall. It is not safe for Employees!

Dont give me a google case number please. This review is to help you all succeed. I need no compensation or an apology. You get way more food for way less at Del Taco. Theres lots of people on here complaining about the same exact problems and obviously being ignored. An apology on here means nothing. Making the changes to keep cusomers satisfied is all i ask. Problem solved. The portions here are very small. The tacos are tiny. $14.28 for 3 tacos and a medium drink is steep. I finished eating in 3 minutes and was nowhere close to full after eating. Employees dont engage the customer at all. Theyre basically robots. Most of the tables were dirty and they were not busy at all. Other locations give you a lot more but they are stingy here. Very sad to see. I don't think I'll be going here anymore for now but I will check back in 3 or 4 months to see if you all have made any improvements and I will change my review if so.

Things have definitely changed here. Staff are like robots, no guest engagement, no friendly customer service and they serve your food like it’s slop on a plate. Stingy as hell with veggies too, as if it had a high cost. Owner should definitely change managemen. Just lost a customer.

This is a great place to get fresh food quickly. The is always friendly and accommodating to your requests. I typically have them do brown rice, black beans and greens in my bowl to ensure protein and fiber. From there it’s chicken, veggies hot sausage and cheese. The offer a plethora of veggies and sauces to accommodate any one’s requests. They are also very affordable and last but least they provide the CocaCola Freestyle beverage machines

Ordered through door dash. In the same order my mother got a salad. While messily put together it at least had all the ordered components. I ordered nachos. Issue #1: WHERE ARE MY CHIPS. YOU CAN'T HAVE NACHOS WITHOUT CHIPS. #2: The salsa is usually also put to the side of orders so that I can customize it a bit better. #3: Guacamole and sour cream are usually placed on top, not stirred in. #4: This looks like vomit

Food is always good and the staff is friendly, but I wish you guys had a better way to package some items. All the burrito bowls were smashed. I'm sure you guys use foil because it's a supply issue, but more care could have been taken with my order. Lids would sure be nice.

Yay! Qdoba in "Yukon." Lots of outlets for your laptops or phone chargers.
