South okc. Went for the Mexican pizza....they didn't have it. Sounded like a party going on the whole time we were there. Loud music and lots of loud banter from the employees. Had to really hunt for a table that wasnt dirty and there was only one other customer there. Noone greeted us...they looked at us and walk off. So we figured out to use the kiosk to order. Food came out quickly and was fine. Other people came in and ended up walking out.

You had to order from the computer in lobby or drive thru. They told us as we walked in. Other then that it was ok. No more interaction with the employees after that. Food was good. We had the place to ourselves.

I ordered two soft tacos and two chicken melts. I get tortillas with nothing or hardly something in it. I will never go back to this Taco Bell. Also sent this to corporate.

I have gone to this TB for a while i usually get the bell grande meal with a taco or the 3 taco meal. Always order extra meat since there’s NEVER enough meat and you get 90% taco shell (costs way more than necessary for MAYBE 1/2 - 1 extra scoop) and the last 3-4 times I’ve gone there there’s NEVER extra meat, sorry but if I pay for it I want the extra meat. So today when I ordered I specifically said that the last 3-4 times I’d been there and ordered extra meat on both items (bell grande and taco) that it hadn’t been done and asked that they make sure since I’m being charged for it that there’s extra meat. At the window they assured it was done and manager checked. I get back to the office and the taco had extra meat but as you can see in the pic I’ve attached (I’ve even moved the chips around) the nachos were 90% chips with very little toppings and definitely hardly any meat. The chips also tasted bitter and old. I called and spoke with the manager she explained she made my order herself and knows there’s plenty of meat on the nachos I said on the taco yes but not the nachos she also explained the chips were made this morning (absolutely no way). She did offer to remake my food or refund which is nice but the fact this keeps happening is ridiculous. We order a taco or nachos we don’t just want a shell or chips!! 3-4 opportunities to correct this is more than generous, and considering there’s numerous other reviews with this same problem says this TB needs to make some changes.
