I've been to this store twice. Both times the service was stellar. The people who helped me went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Polite, courteous, knowledgeable. My favorite T-Mobile store.

Don’t trust this store. I turned in my phone and paid my last bill and was told my service was ended, and now months later I’m hit with a giant bill in collections because they claimed to have never received my device at the warehouse even though I returned it in store to the associates in perfect condition. I sat on the phone with customer service for an hour and half before being told to go back to the store that made the mistake. I return to the store and they agree that I returned the device and paid all of my bills but they are unable to reverse the hundreds of dollars of charges added to my account. They are unable to help in any way and have wasted hours of my time and are messing up my credit all over a mistake that THEY made. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Never in my life I had such customized and detailed plus great service this is the best T-Mobile store I have ever been to in my life Ronaldo and the manager on site will take care of all of your needs this is the spot to go to don’t waste time anywhere else plus there wasn’t a long line line

I was waiting to see how much it would cost but wanted to price a less expensive phone in case i had to replace it given the possible high cost to repair the Samsung. Reynaldo helped me. Everyone was so kind, helpful and he patiently explained the difference between the LG phones i expressed interest in. He also showed me the compatible cases. This store is much better than the corporate Northridge store. Much better service.
